• I really liked the comfy pillow top beds.
• I called ahead of time to have a room by family and was told it could be done. When we got their we were at the opposite end of the hotel.

“The room was wonderful, I like that the beds were a lot more comfortable this time. I enjoyed the breakfast. Overall it was great. The only thing that I would recommend is don't tell some one that you can be by family and then when I show up put me at the opposite end of the hotel.”

• Comfortable, clean room near the people we were to visit with.
• No nose tissue in room. Asked desk to provide it and was told that no one had a key to supply room. $50 deposit if we paid cash! Might trash room.

“It was good for the money but we have stayed at several Best Westerns and no where else required a deposit if we paid cash. They already had our credit card number that we made the reservations with so what was the problem? We were told it was required so that if we Trashed the room or stole something they would keep the money. We are very nice, clean respectable looking seniors and my husband was totally insulted by the suggestion that we could do such a thing.”
