• Location nearby airport.
• Musty rooms, poor restaurant food.

“This is an old hotel, all rooms have a bad smell and the restaurant menu is very limited. You can find much better hotels in this area.”

• They were very helpful in prividing anything we needed.
• Nothing comes to mind.

“Not only was this hotel neat, clean, and convenient they allowed us to check in as soon as we arrived at around 9:30 am. They were very accomadating and I feel I got my moneys worth from our stay.”

• You can work out at a gymnasium close for 10 dollars.

• Nothing.
• Not accommodating for non smokers, train and buy road near by.

“Shuttle took 45 minutes to come to airport, even after 2 phone calls. There's a train that goes by every hour. Beds are hard as a rock and non smoking, king rooms that are reserved are not available.”

• Good room, quiet. Nice amenities, decor, in the rooms.
• Hostile, unsettling hallways, clunky elevators, long hikes to room.

“Convenient to airport, well-appointed rooms, but very hurly-burly and awkward to get to room. Staff exists, but not very friendly.”

• Very close to Portland International Airport with easy access to/from PIA.
• It's tucked into an industrial/commercial area with no access to local shops or restaurants.

“A very good hotel provided you don't need access to local shops or restaurants although there is a nice restaurant and lounge on the premises. A little hard to find if you aren't familiar with the area, but it is very close to Portland International Airport with excellent access to PIA. This is a major plus when you are on a tight schedule.”

• It was located close to the airport.
• It was a little older and didn't have the features of more modern hotels, i.e. internet access.

“It was a fine stay. The staff were helpful and friendly. It was a little older and the first night we had a smoking room, which smelled, but overall it was a good stay. They need to get at least Ethernet hookups in the room, wireless would be better.”

• Restaurant food quality was excellent--much better than expected.
• Elevators need renovation.

“Good location for business in the airport/industrial area. Rooms facing the highway are noisy--ask for a room facing the river/airport. Very helpful friendly staff. Restaurant food is excellent--much better than usually encountered in a Holiday Inn.”

• Easily accessible to airport, nice lobby.
• Lack of hot water, faucet leak suggest maintenance issues.

“After checking in, there was no hot water. In the morning, once again, no hot water. Need to increase hot water capacity or improve maintenance, whatever the problem is. Couldn't take a shower as a result.”

• Older Hotel that needs a make over.

“Nice and quiet yet 5 minutes from the airport. Excellent shuttle service. Very friendly and helpful staff. I would definitely stay again if given the opportunity.”

• Location was convenient.
• No microwave or refrigerator in room.

“There was no offer to assist with luggage to room. Room was clean and comfortable. Very low water pressure and water was not very hot for very long.”

• The price was great and the rooms were very clean.
• Check-in staff was generally unfriendly. Hotel is used for armed forces recruits and is very loud - very late.

“Hotel is reasonably well located and is very clean despite it's years. They stuck me in a ground floor room next to a bunch of partying army recruits. I finally had to yell at them through the wall and ask them to shut up. Despite the above, it was a good value.”

• The hotel staff was friendly and the rooms were clean.
• The hotel appearance looks old and dated.

“This hotel was nice but not great. The location is confusing coming off the main road. The outside appearance looks very dated and old, including the inside. The staff was very nice. The rooms were nice and clean, but looked more like a cheaper hotel.”

• It was very spacious & elegant.
• No close restaurants.

“It was a very comfortable, spacious & elegant hotel. A bit off the beaten path & not near shopping or dining, but within a 5 minute drive of both. I would definitely stay in this hotel again.”

• Great people, full service of a 3 star. Rest. And lounge
• The room.

“They should convert the room I had into a storage closet. It was a terrible room. That is the first in all the times I have stayed at this hotel.”

• This is a run of the mill property. Overall it is an adequate place to stay, but I would never recommend it to anyone, on the contrary.

“The management told me it was refurnished two years ago. It is pretty down at the heels. I assume it is the restaurant and bar, but it should be reassessed. The new, less expensive motel and hotels are much nicer although they may not have food service or some other prerequisite.”
