• The motel is very old and requires some needed repairs & upgrades.

• Airport shuttle was quick and drivers friendly.
• No elevator to second level.

“Lobby and restaurant area was nice. No elevator to second floor guest room. This hotel could use an update including elevator installation.”

• Convenience to airport.
• Moldy hallways, roof caving in from water damage.

“The hallways were very moldy smelling on entry and where our room was located (second floor). The roof has been leaking and the ceiling board was hanging down where water had been pouring through. The room itself was fairly clean but the comforters smelled, so I removed from bed. The staff there was very professional and eager to help which was helpful. Fortunately, the room was reasonable but still not acceptable as I am highly allergic to mold and do not plan to return to this location as a result.”

• Clean, friendly, nice facilities, cooperative.
• Recent road construction rerouted motel entrance - even Google map did not reflect entrance.

• The location and price were great.
• The bathroom shower Curtin smelled very bad. And I had no hot water for shower in the morning. Just Luke warm water!

“Was quiet, so that was great. The shower curtain smelled so bad, could even smell it in the room. When morning came and was ready for the hot shower, no hot water! Luke warm water is not what one needs in the morning! Plus tub filled up with water and wouldn't drain during shower.”

• The bed was warm and comfortable. Room was spacious. The airport shuttle was on time and convenient.
• The toilet was louder than the shower. Driving up to it, it felt isolated. No services within walking distance.

“The mini-suite room we were "upgraded" to was spacious and comfortable. The free Wi-Fi was great. We've stayed in more expensive hotels that charged per day for internet use. The bathroom had lots of room. Although when the toilet was flushed and tanked refilled, it was louder than the shower running. Shower was nice too.”

• Very friendly staff and the airport shuttle was very convenient.
• I did not like that the restaurant was not open Sunday afternoon. It would have been nice not to have to locate another restaurant in the area.

• Very clean and very friendly staff.
• Bartender Cameron? Was rude and condescending and acted bothered by having to wait on us.

“I enjoyed everything about the stay except the bartender because of him we ate and drank at another nearby hotel very inconvenient. I do have to say everything else was great but it really made my trip less enjoyable and more costly had to cab it back from other bar.”

“Air conditioning did not work, horrible odor in room. Non helpful staff. Hotel access poor from main road. Overall very disappointing experience and sleepless night.”

• Close to the airport. Good bed and shower.
• Very difficult to get to.

• Everything was great except for a bad experience at night.
• Our toilet ran over during the night, help never came, used most of the towels.

“Everything was great about the hotel, we called the desk when the toilet ran over the floor, and they said they would bring us a plunger, no one showed up, we used most of the towels, and the toilet never did work! This was in the middle of the night; they said they would have to move us, no maintenance. No one showed up!”

• Check-in and out was easy. Allowed me to park my car at the hotel for a weekend trip.
• The bed was not comfortable. The TV didn't work. Noisy!

“I'm not sure I will stay again if I need to make a short trip. I liked being able to leave my car there for the weekend, but the TV didn't work right in the room, and I was uncomfortable in the bed. The noise of the people staying next door was unacceptable and really interfered with getting good nights sleep.”

“Due to construction in the area it was a bit difficult to get to. Having an outdoor pool seems like a bad idea considering the climate. Other than that, it was a great stay at a good price. They had a great shower too.”

• Easy access to airport, excellent parking while you are on trip, convenient shuttle to airport.
• No elevator.

“The best hotel for air travelers. You don't have to worry about parking your car at the airport while you are gone, the hotel parks it for you at below reasonable rates, and provides a shuttle at convenient times to the airport. The restaurant in the hotel has some of the best food I have eaten in Portland. I would heartily recommend this hotel. We will use it every time we need to stay in Portland.”

• They offer a free shuttle to and from the Portland airport.
• Very low budget style, stained carpets and very old rooms.

“At first appearance from outside it appears nice and clean. When entering the lobby it is old and needs updating. The check in process went smoothly. The rooms were very old and leaky sinks, dirty windows and no extras.”
