• Very close to Lloyd Centre. parking was free, 24hr pool.
• Room too small; very strong air freshener in hall.

“Staff very friendly check-in. Parking was free and no trouble finding spots during my 2-night stay! Hallways were clean but with an overwhelming strong air fresher; Room too small with 2 queen beds and the bathroom in an awkward spot; small fridge, microwave, and coffee maker very useful! 24-hr indoor pool! Excellent daily continental breakfast! Great Location. Very close to Lloyd Center. Overall stay. GREAT!”

• Clerk tried to be as accommodating as possible.
• Did not want smoking room, only 1 bed for 3 people.

“When we arrived all they had left were smoking rooms which we did not want. Reservation was for 3 people but only 1 king bed in the room, asked for a rollaway but it was never delivered, room was very clean but decor was very outdated. Took the clerk 30 minutes to check us in.”

• Location wasn't close to olive garden restaurant.

“It was a perfect room for a quick overnight stay. It is a nice room with a fridge and microwave which is always handy. I would recommend this hotel to all of my family, in fact, I already did!”

• Convenient location, good restaurants close by.
• Rooms¿ kind of outdated, hot water supply wasn't good.

“This hotel is very convenient to downtown Portland, the Rose Garden, and the Memorial Coliseum. There is a Red Robin restaurant across the street, as well as a Denny's. There is a Starbucks and a Seven-Eleven within a block's distance. The hotel was fairly quiet, and the staff was friendly. The rooms seem a little outdated, but have a mini refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. Some rooms have full tubs, others only shower stalls.”

• It was clean.
• There was no staff at check-out, and the "eco" policy is a sham.

“While very clean and decently appointed, the rooms suffer from outside noise and especially vibrations from the street. Both days of my stay I was disappointed that their "help us help the environment--reuse your towels" signs were totally ignored by housekeeping. And the staff, friendly on arrival, was non-existent at check-out; we had to just leave our keys and go.”

• Would like breakfast to have been longer hours.

• The pool and complimentary breakfast were great.
• The exercise room needs major improvement and the hotel smelled funny.

“The hotel was in a great location, staff was friendly enough but did not seem to go out of their way. The pool was wonderful as was the breakfast. The worst part was we expected an exercise room but ended up in a laundry room with three pieces of equipment with one piece not working. The hotel also had a funny smell.”
