  • Convenient location, classy Tudor design, pool, spas in some rooms.
  • Bathroom had ants all over the place! Did not sleep well - see below...

“At 3:30 am the smoke detector began chirping every few minutes. I heard that sometimes, if it's very warm, the heat will make them do that. So we turned up the air conditioner. After a half hour, the detector was still chirping. We would've called the desk, but it was 4:00 by then and we didn't want to wait for someone to come by and work on the thing. So my husband climbed up on a chair and unhooked it. We went back to bed, and a few minutes later the chirping started again. He got up and put it in the bathroom and covered it up with a towel, but we could still hear it. Then he took out the battery. it STILL kept chirping! We returned it to the bathroom and went to sleep in spite of it. At 6:00 am, someone started working on their car in front of our room. He/she kept dropping tools on the concrete; there was a lot of loud talking and laughing. I know things happen and I consider myself to be a very understanding person. No problem. When we went to check out, we brought the still chirping smoke detector to the front office and told the clerk what happened and she said, "Oh? That's too bad." She then went back to her paperwork. I was surprised that she never offered me any compensation, so I asked for a discount on the room. She said she'd give me $10 off, but when she gave me the paper to sign for my credit card, she had written in the standard amount - no discount. I had to ask a second time. I'm going to check my credit card to make sure I wasn't double charged for this stay -”

  • We were upgraded to an extra large suite, for no extra charge.
  • Lots of car alarms went off at night, for some reason.

“Newly painted exterior. Good value.”
