• good location

“nice place to stay with friendly staff. my key had to be reprogramed 3 times. not easy thing for someone in a handicap room with a cane to get to the front officer at night when i would return.”

• The staff was extremely friendly, rooms clean, great breakfast.
• House keeping came knocking on our door loudly at 10am, while everyone was still asleep. Checkout wasn't until 12 noon.

“Quality inn Petaluma is a charming hotel just outside of historic downtown. It was clean, quiet, in a good location and is pet friendly. Nice amenities, very helpful and friendly staff, and a better than average free continental breakfast. A very good value.”

• The thick bedding.
• Spider on my pillow.

“With the minor exception of the spider, the room and bathroom were very clean. Room temperature was just right all night long. All appliances worked. No noise from neighboring rooms; I liked having only four rooms on the landing which served our room. Desk clerk was fantastic: great attitude, friendly, and helpful! She deserves recognition.”

• Rooms looked old, and needed updating.

“The price made the hotel appealing. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The rooms were dated, and needed some upgrading, but it was clean. The price was right and I would stay again.”
