• Clean.
• Noisy bar all the way to the 2nd floor, and there was no parking for guest.

• Affordable rates and location by salt water.
• No tea in the room just coffee, tennis courts in bad shape.

• Excellent night staff at the front desk.
• The rooms and room access were run down and unattractive.

“The staff at this hotel were excellent! Front desk, restaurant, housekeeping and coffee shop staff were friendly and helpful without exception. The public areas of the hotel were clean, well-appointed and lovely. The grounds were beautiful, although the beach certainly could have used litter patrol. However, the pool area and locker rooms were located in the basement, down a long hallway. The locker/shower rooms were lacking even hooks on the wall. The exercise room was dirty and sparse. The pool was in disrepair when we were there (not the fault of management), but also dirty. The fan in the the room was loud and ineffective. Our room was above a reception hall, and the music was so clearly audible in our room that we sang along.”

• Friendly staff.

“Great stay. Really impressed with the staff. Me and wife went down to the bar to have a drink, they were closing early and the staff actually gave us a ride to a local bar on their way home from work.”

• I like the location, was convenient to where I was going.
• Didn't receive the free breakfast ticket.

• This hotel was very nice. We loved watching the salmon jump out of the water from our deck.
• We didn't take in the pool, but some in our extended family did. They said it was dirty and cold. Again, I didn't see it that way, so I am unsure.

“I would definitely stay here again. It was a nice hotel, a great buffet breakfast, loved the view of the water; the salmon jumping out of the water was amazing! The grounds were very nice. The rooms were comfortable. We did see some missed cleaning in our room, but nothing disgusting. According to the extended family, the pool was dirty and the room was very cold, to sit and watch.”

• The pool was clean and was a nice size.
• There were no blankets or bedspreads on the beds. The headboards of the beds were not attached?

• Beautiful view of the water, great facilities.
• Loved everything.

“This hotel is a great place to stay especially for long term vacations. There is enough to do between the live music and the pool, the gym and walking around the water that you need not leave if you don't want to. The restaurant provided diverse selections, however, a bit pricey. I only stayed a day, but would have liked to stay a week.”

• The view and the overall appearance.
• Room service got our order wrong three times on the same order and it was outrageously priced took us two hours to eat breakfast.

• Hmm well I liked the coffee from the espresso shop in the lobby.
• Room did not have enough light, dirty cups were not washed out.

“Not enough parking cramped rooms static on TV room fridge kept making a noise all night. Main lobby looked nice until you walked around.”

• The location and waterfront view.
• The bed was very uncomfortable and the noise level was high.

“A decent place to stay for the money. The hotel was being remodeled while we were staying there. The evening staff as well as the restaurant staff was very service oriented. However, I felt the morning staff that performed the check out was extremely rude.”

• Bed was urine-soaked. Had to switch rooms at midnight.

“Rooms smaller than expected, but very clean. Renovations not complete? Wallpaper worn, trim missing. Public areas looked great. Beautiful waterfront setting.”

“A former Red Lion. Rooms were substandard with very uncomfortable beds. Public areas of the hotel and the bathroom rooms were nice. Good location. Pool area in need of refurbishing.”

• I liked the location of the hotel and pool was great.
• The carpet in the room was worn and dirty. Needs upgrading or cleaned.

“My family has stayed in the Silverdale beach hotel every time we come to Silverdale to shop. It is in a great location, and prices are ok. There is a big pool and a fire pit for those wanting to sit around the fire at night. The carpets in the room need to be replaced or cleaned. Bathroom was very small. Otherwise it was great.”
