• Loved the location and decor. The balcony in our room was wonderful!
• One morning housekeeping forgot to empty our kitchen trash, and when my husband took it out to the lobby the front desk clerk showed him where he could dump it! They even provided him with another trash bag to place back inside the trashcan!

“This was a great, colorful, comfortable and homey hotel. We normally stay downtown at the Portland Hilton, but after trying this place, this will be our regular hotel when we travel to Portland. Love being in the Knob hill district and within walking distance to great shopping and restaurants. Access to the trolley car was a plus! Really friendly neighborhood - their location is outstanding. A great value for the money! You've got to see the decor - amazing! We'll return again and again!”

• Clean, upbeat contemporary feel, good location.
• A little pricey, wasn't really worth the price.

“Overall a great experience in a convenient location, more appropriate for a longer stay with the kitchen. I would probably try a more reasonably priced hotel in the future, but cannot beat the heart of the pearl district.”
