• Almost everything.

“I really was not that happy with this hotel. It is really badly in need of a major update. The stained wall paper and the bathroom ceiling had spots of mold all over it, as well as the window sill in the bedroom. Room service didn't come at any time during our 2 night stay. It would have been nice to have the room freshened, since it started to stink like mold by the first morning.”

• Filthy room. Smoking room. Burned & broken drapes. TV.

“This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Filthy conditions. Had smoking room next to the front desk/lobby & the vending machines. Even had another guest told me while checking-in, that if I didn't need to stay I shouldn't. He used the phrase "very Mickey Mouse". Got up very early the next day to check out. Horrible experience.”

• Hot tub way too hot. Bed way to soft and no Murphy bed.

• Location was terrible.

“The location was terrible, much further than I'd expect for a "Northwest Portland" location. Rooms were a bit dingy. Several loud trucks in the parking lot starting at 5 A.M.”

• The very nice, friendly lady in the breakfast room.
• The beds were very uncomfortable.

“Over all the hotel was nice and clean, people were friendly. We had to go to the check in desk both mornings, as our key card would not work once we left our room. That was a little annoying. And the bed was very uncomfortable, very hard.”

• The breakfast amazing.
• The bathroom did not appeal to me at all.

“It is away from Downtown Portland which makes it nice that you don't hear the traffic noises. I was hoping to have it closer to the zoo then where located.”

“We have been very pleased previously with LaQuinta Inn but were not happy with the room we were given. We had a no smoking room that must have been over the top of a smoking room because it stunk like smoke very strongly.”

• It was only a few minutes from downtown and the major freeways but far enough away have a quiet stay.
• The surrounding hotel location was in an industrial area with no restaurants.

“The hotel was a 2 star rated hotel that had friendly service, clean rooms, a sufficient continental breakfast and a nice indoor pool.”
