• Beds are super comfortable.
• No fridge or microwave.

“Excellent beds and sizable rooms. Tv was nice, view was great, and love the location. Bathroom was pretty nice; real tile showers would be in keeping with the competition (i.e. Doubletree, Hyatt, Fountaingrove Inn). Pool was nicer than expected and I look forward to staying AND swimming at the Hilton again. it was very relaxing.”

• There is was walking trail very close that is perfect and safe
• I could only stay one night., I would add a makeup/magifying mirror to the bathrooms.

“Lovely room. Automatic doors were nice when moving in & out. Staff was informative , curtious & friendly. The walking trail is such a nice break from the old treadmill.I would love to stay here again, but for a longer time.”

• The staff was fast and friendly.
• Parking spaces were small.

“Hotel rooms were comfortable and the location was near the highway for easy access to neighboring cities. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful which was priceless. We will definitely stay here again.”

• Great beds and wonderful crab cakes at the restaurant. Great price!
• Everything was great for the money I spent!

“The hotel was extremely accommodating. They brought in a refrigerator when we asked for one. Great beds and linens, and clean and comfortable. They gave us a room with 2 beds when we requested it, although we only expected one bed.”

• Friendly staff, beautiful, and well kept grounds.
• Beds were too soft! Wanted too much $ for WiFi.

“The place was pretty, and clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I really had a problem with them wanting to charge $10 a day for wireless internet in the room. I had to walk (in a drizzle) to the lobby where it was free. That was an unnecessary expense. The bed was too soft and it hurt my back.”

• The lobby to the room, needed paint or to be cleaned.

“Great get away for those of us who come to Santa Rosa to shop or for appointments. The restaurant was excellent, featuring a lot of locally grown foods.”

• Very nice front desk personnel, wine and cheese Friday evening was very nice.
• Congested parking.

• It was one of the nicest hotels that we have stayed in, and my husband and I have both traveled quite a bit for our work.
• Absolutely nothing.

“Well, now, the beds were the most comfortable that we have slept in a hotel; it was clean, and very nice. Actually one of the nicest we have stayed in and I have stayed in one that even had a TV in the bathroom, so I have stayed in some quite nice places, and all over the country, and in Canada. It was one of the most pleasant stays we have experienced.”

• The room was predicable.
• The pool and spa were out of order.

“The pool was out of order. They decided to shut the hot tub down the day of my arrival. When we entered a light bulb exploded over the head of the clerk, we thought her hair was going to catch on fire. Room was standard.”

• Location.
• Internet connection did not work.

“They charge $9.95 for an internet connection that did not work. They sent someone to the room to fix and they could not. Absolutely critical for a business traveler to have internet connection and this was unacceptable. Totally unacceptable and inconceivable in 2009 not to have this service.”
