• Staff was excellent and the room was beautiful.
• Pool temperature needs to be 5 degrees warmer.

“Excellent location close to Santa Rosa downtown and the Sonoma wineries. The exercise equipment were very nice. Jacuzzi was hot. The pool was beautiful, but a bit cold! Restaurant and lobby were artistic and tasteful.”

• I found this hotel to be very peaceful. Very comfortable beds, clean room.
• Did not have free internet access in guest rooms.

“Very impressive lobby and friendly staff. Room was very peaceful and clean. Very comfortable bed. Even my teenage son was impressed - he said it had a resort-like feel. I agree.”

• The rate was relatively inexpensive.
• Despite being an "upscale" hotel, there was no free Internet!

• My room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. I had an exceptional stay.
• Nothing. It was beyond what I expected.

“I was given a large room with a King size bed, which was quiet, comfortable and very clean. I will gladly stay there again if it selects my price offer from Priceline.”

• Beds are super comfortable.
• No fridge or microwave.

“Excellent beds and sizable rooms. Tv was nice, view was great, and love the location. Bathroom was pretty nice; real tile showers would be in keeping with the competition (i.e. Doubletree, Hyatt, Fountaingrove Inn). Pool was nicer than expected and I look forward to staying AND swimming at the Hilton again. it was very relaxing.”

  comfortable. Nice staff.
• Price gouging (vending machine $2.25 for 20oz soda), no free WiFi.

“The hotel was clean and nicely decorated though clearly an older building. The staff was very nice and accommodating. I did get a "nickel and dimed" effect with no free WiFi (it's assumed at this point) and $2.25 20 oz sodas in the only available vending machines plus the constant signage to reduce the use of towels and sheets. Overall, it was very nice though and I am not sorry we stayed there.”

• There is was walking trail very close that is perfect and safe
• I could only stay one night., I would add a makeup/magifying mirror to the bathrooms.

“Lovely room. Automatic doors were nice when moving in & out. Staff was informative , curtious & friendly. The walking trail is such a nice break from the old treadmill.I would love to stay here again, but for a longer time.”

• Great beds and wonderful crab cakes at the restaurant. Great price!
• Everything was great for the money I spent!

“The hotel was extremely accommodating. They brought in a refrigerator when we asked for one. Great beds and linens, and clean and comfortable. They gave us a room with 2 beds when we requested it, although we only expected one bed.”

• Friendly staff, beautiful, and well kept grounds.
• Beds were too soft! Wanted too much $ for WiFi.

“The place was pretty, and clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I really had a problem with them wanting to charge $10 a day for wireless internet in the room. I had to walk (in a drizzle) to the lobby where it was free. That was an unnecessary expense. The bed was too soft and it hurt my back.”
