• Ease of registration; Priceline price was great.
• TV was so small you couldn't see from bed.

“Convenient; quiet; and an efficient staff. Seems that we were placed in lower quality room with most traffic and TV was ~19 in (maybe not even that big). Restaurant was OK - there are much better restaurants in vicinity.”

• Good location. Nice people. Easy checkout.
• They forgot to stock soap, shampoo and conditioner. But responded quickly.

“Nice, convenient hotel in Santa Rosa. Could use elevators but multi-level parking suffices. Friendly, and an accommodating staff.”

• Great location for seeing the wine country.
• Pillows were not very comfortable.

“The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is wonderful if you want to tour the Wineries in the area (Dry Creek, Russian River Valley, and just 30 minutes away Napa). The hot tub broke one night but the next day was fixed. Great place, especially for the price.”

“aesthetically, the hotel was very nice, surrounded by full grown trees, etc. They upgraded us to a jr. suite with 2 queen beds which we found spacious. The shower was dark when shower curtain was drawn. That was the only negative.”

• The bed was very comfortable and the shower head was very good.
• We stayed in on of the older rooms, not as nice as the new room we stayed in before.

“This hotel has a new building and an older building. Even though the older building is mostly sweets, it is not as nice as the new building. The King bed was very comfortable and the room was clean, the staff was very nice and helpful.”

• It was cosmetically attractive, well appointed and relaxing.
• No complimentary breakfast.

“The rooms were very nice and the bed was super comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and spa, they were clean and well heated with poolside service and towels. They accommodated our request to switch from a king room to two queens with no problem, they answered all of our questions about dining in the surrounding area and we enjoyed our stay very much.”

• Great location, easy access to wine country. Quiet for being close to highways.
• Sunday morning there were kids running up and down the hall.

“Enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Easy access to most any place. Even though it is right off the interstate, it was quiet (for the most part), and comfortable! Would definitely book this hotel again. Great value!”

• It was easy to access public transportation and was lovely. We were in a mini suite which was lovely.
• Getting our bags in and out of the room was a bit difficult.

“This is a lovely hotel on beautiful grounds. We were without a vehicle, found access to shopping and food easy by either walking or riding public transportation. We were in the business conference area rather than the main hotel but what a bargain Priceline gave us. We were able to stay at a small fraction of the normal price.”

• Hot tub was awesome.
• We didn't get our 2 bottles of complimentary water any of the days we stayed.

“The hotel common areas had a funny, musty scent to them. The room was great- large, clean, super soft bedding. The pool could have used a good cleaning, but the hot tub was awesome. The same refrig in the room was nice to keep drinks and snacks in.”

• The food was top notch at Fountaingrove Inn!
• There is nothing that I didn't like.

“Overall excellent hotel. First room assigned to us was noisy (facing highway), but hotel staff quickly changed room to face back of hotel. Very clean, nice room with king size bed. GREAT food at Equus Restaurant inside of hotel.”
