“A terrible place. Barely fit for a dog.”

“I arrived at the Ramada Inn at about 3:30 PM, half an hour past check in. The desk was unattended and I had to use the night phone to get the woman to come to the front. Apparently she lives in a house attached to the hotel, so its somewhat convenient that she's there all of the time. The room was clean and a decent size as well. I immediately noticed the noise from the road, it is right next to highway 101, so I didn't expect it to be quiet, but there was a large, obvious gap between the door and the door frame that I've never seen in other hotels. This was later evident as I was awoken to kids running by the door at seven in the morning and I could feel it throughout the whole room. Kids are kids and I don't hold that against them, but a second floor room in a hotel shouldn't vibrate whenever a kid runs by. Other than that, the hotel is a good spot to stay for a night or two, there is a pool and I guess there's also free cereal and coffee in the morning. I only stayed there because it was cheap on labor day weekend. It wasn't much better than a motel 6.”

“Rooms are in the process of being updated. The unheated pool was a large disappointment. I stayed here in July and again in September and no progress has been made on the renovation of the stairs and upstairs walkway. For the price they need to step it up a notch.”

“Clean no frills hotel. Staff was friendly enough. I have stayed in much nicer hotel rooms in other areas for a lot less. There is a Star bucks in the same parking lot though.”

“Far from Santa Rosa proper, overpriced, and pretty basic. Also quite loud with traffic right nearby.”

“Run down old furniture, light bulbs missing, curtain hooks missing so curtains wouldn't shut properly, had to pin them with a safety pin I had in my purse. The remote control for TV, was wrong one and also had dead batteries. Mattress was old and uncomfortable.”

“For what we were looking for, a place to spend the night while sight seeing during the day, it met our needs.”
