• It thought of all my needs down to a eye patch for napping.
• Don't like going into a lobby, can't help it, it was a hotel.

“Beautifully appointed. They take care of all your needs including providing a tooth brush if you forgot one. Beautiful and comfortable bed. Beautiful surroundings.”

• Accommodating, flexible.
• Pool was too small, fan/air conditioner was too loud, can hear highway traffic.

“The hotel is right off the highway, so we could hear the highway noise if we don't turn on the fan/air conditioner. But the air conditioner was very loud also! It's supposed to be a smoke-free hotel, but the first room had smoke smell all over the carpet/furniture/etc. Then when I noticed there were some rooms with the no-smoking sign on the door, I realized that they had completely smoke-free room from the time the hotel was built. The front desk was very accommodating and was able to switch us to another room, with the smoke-free sign on the door. It made a world of difference, especially when we have young kids. Otherwise, the hotel is quite clean. The pool was a bit small, no lap swimming for sure. It was quite squishy if everyone wanted to stay in the indoor half because it's cold outside in the evenings (it's a part indoor/part outdoor pool).”

• The bed was extremely comfortable.
• The fact that animals are allowed to stay.

“I was very pleased with the hotel appearance, the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. The bed was comfortable with feather pillows too! I would recommend it to my friends.”

• The hotel was clean, safe, convenient, with a very friendly helpful staff.
• No continental breakfast.

“I really enjoyed my stay here and would stay here again for business and leisure travel. Check in was quick and efficient. The room was clean and adequate for my needs. Room service was fast and not too costly, and the food was good and nice sized portions.”

• Only has king-size bed, sofa-bed is dirty with broken dirty blanket.

“Nice room if you don't need to use it's sofa bed other than it's king-size bed. An extra blanket that provided by requested with a lot of broken holes and quite dirty.”

• The location is good.
• There were a myriad of problems, so much that we had to switch rooms.

“This hotel is not a 3 star. It is an old hotel that some lipstick has been put on. The hot water faucet in the bathroom wouldn't turn off, the air conditioner knob broke off in my hand. After I had unpacked and went to pull out the sleeper sofa, we found that it did not fit in the space provided. It laid up on the king bed and the king bed could not be moved. When my husband went to speak to the manager, he offered us a free breakfast coupon. The manager did not seem to understand that my children had nowhere to sleep with the sofa bed not working. We moved to another room at 10:30 that night. Our second room had closet doors that didn't work right and the AC unit crackled a lot. This hotel is old and has lots of issues, but I cannot complain about the price.”

• Excellent in small details, CD for relaxation and nice comfort supplies (soap, spray, pillow) and evening punch bowl service.
• Dim swimming pool area, bath tub is dated, no business centre.

“Older hotel but I can tell they tried to update it with some accessories like the shower curtain (newer looking) but room showing it's age (nail holes in walls, crown molding looks like it can fall off, warping) and rooms/doors are dated. No complimentary breakfast. Staff was friendly.”

• Close to freeway.
• Buffet out of food, front desk was unprofessional.

“My initial opinion after the first day was great. I was placed on the 6th floor (their executive level) and given a list of included benefits for being on the 6th floor. These included complementary continental breakfast, free in-room Wi-Fi, free in house movie, free drinks at hotel bar from 5 pm - 7 pm. I had to leave early for a meeting the next day, and didn't get back till after the happy hour, so I didn't take advantage of the included perks. I even extended my stay 2 more days based on what they were offering. Things went down hill on day 2. I ate at the included buffet which was out of food for more than 20 minutes, so I had very little, then the server told me that the meal was not included. He even refused to comp the $13 buffet after I was invited to eat it for free.”

• The TV was old and had a bad picture, TV was off to the side of the bed, gave me a stiff neck.

• Did not have 2 double beds side by side but one king size bed and sofa bed in hotel room.
