• Very nice room.
• Morning staff - front desk clerk.

“Convenient to freeway on ramp. Quiet. Room was clean and spacious, small kitchen but large enough to provide your own meals.”

• Spacious room, and free Wi-Fi.
• Outdoor pool.

“The perfect accommodation for my son and I while we were in town for a tournament. We appreciated the studio-style room, the free
Wi-Fi, and especially the free continental breakfast each morning, which included oatmeal, eggs, sausage, potatoes, as well as the usual yogurt, fruit, and cereal.”

• Great hot breakfast, free internet, great staff.
• Mattress could be a bit better, but I enjoyed my whole experience, would return again.

If the mattress was more top of the line I would give them a 4 star, but this bit of a note is just comparing them to 4 and 5 star rooms which they are not rated at.”

• Staff was very accommodating!

“Everyone here was really nice. I was in a running race the morning of checkout and they let me have a late checkout so that I could get a hot shower after the race. I thought that was above and beyond the call of duty!”

• Free wireless internet, free continental breakfast, happy hour Monday – Thursday.
• Carpets and flooring were not very clean.

• The staff was super friendly and they had a nice reception and breakfast.
• Can't think of anything that I didn't like.

• The hot breakfast.
• The parking was miserable!
  

“This is an older motel that has been moderately maintained. It was nice that it had a pull-out bed in the sofa because the other bed was a full size or the smallest queen I have ever seen! It had a full furnished kitchen but we did not make use of it other than the refrigerator and microwave.
”

• I got there early and he told me that 4:30 was check in time but he checked me in anyway.
• Really wasn't anything I didn't like.

• Location, free wired/wireless internet, typical Marriott quality.
• Like most older Residence Inn properties, this one could use a little more maintenance but it's not bad.

“Hotel is in a convenient location. Basically clean, well-furnished rooms. Hot breakfast. The business center could be better but otherwise a decent facility.”

• Great value-fireplace such a nice touch. Clean and comfy.
• Spa not open-would be nice to access it year round. Upgraded TV would be nice since need to see from bed which is far away.

“Extremely comfortable roomy and clean. Staff is friendly and it is easy to get work done. Would be comfortable staying there for extended stay. The beds are comfortable and one can always count on consistency of chain in general. It would be nice to have use of hot tub yr round to relax, but they were working on repair of a small one. Rooms probably ready for an update but definitely worth the price.”

• Pleasant, comfortable, good amenities (full kitchen, large work-out room), nice touches (real fireplace & free microwave popcorn), overall very nice.
• Shuttle service to the closest rail transit center would have been nice.

“Very nice hotel. The large rooms with full kitchen, working fireplace, and other amenities such as a good sized work-out facility and attention to nice gardens along the town house-like set-up, makes this a lovely place. This would be my first choice anytime over the large, high-rise hotels also available in the area.”

• Outdoor pool is open only seasonally.

• Noise above was unbearable, Floors creaked and vibrated, heard every movement and conversation from above. Couldn't sleep because they walking around.

• Having a suite with Kitchen, Breakfast was great, 4 room Cottages were nice.
• Upstairs neighbor, would request second floor next time.

“They didn't have suitcase stands. Our room was pleasant, upstairs neighbor was noisy, I think due to the construction of the floor, it squeaked as he walked. Breakfast was better than most. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.”

• Very friendly staff, great breakfast.
• No indoor pool.

“The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very nice although I thought the bed was a little uncomfortable. The breakfast buffet was very good and we also enjoyed the evening reception. I would have liked an indoor pool for the kids. Overall we would definitely stay here again.”
