• 3 queen beds in nice room.
• Did not get to stay long enough.

• After being treated like dirt there, I have nothing good to say.
• Advertised being pet friendly but were very unfriendly and insulting.

“The staff at this hotel ruined my vacation. Although they advertise that they are pet-friendly and I told them about my dog over the phone, when we arrived they said that they only had 3 pet rooms and they were all full. They said that we could have a room that smelled like smoke. We took that room. The girl at the desk proceeded to make me feel very unwelcome. She advised me that they would no longer accept pets in 2007 and would not allow me to take my extremely well behaved golden retriever through the lobby even though it was storming outside. She said to use the door in the alley and I could open it with my room key. The key didn't work and we were both soaked and freezing cold by the time we got in. The next day, we transferred to the crowne plaza which is a block away, the same price and 10 times nicer. They were happy to have me and my dog. ”
