• I loved the setting of the hotel as well as the location.
• I did not like the bed as well.

“Great economical location, great setting-in a park-like way. Great business location and perfect for getting on and off the main freeway. I'd definitely recommend for families, business people or for anyone who needs short-stay accommodations.”

• Convenient location to where we needed to stay.
• It did not provide shampoo, deodorant soap or plastic drinking glasses due to being an extended stay room.

“It was in a nice location off I-5. The people were friendly and the room was small, but comfortable. It was an extended stay facility and did not provide shampoo, deodorant soap, or plastic drinking glasses. They did have a nice kitchen area for those wanting to cook. The exterior landscaping was nice.”

• Nice campus-attractive.
• Room had not been vacuumed and knives in the drawer were dirty-second time in my life I have put towels on the floor to walk on.

“I have stay in similar Extended Stay hotels and have had a positive experience--the desk clerk, Lori, gave me wrong directions and I was all over the map finding it even with her on my cell--I got to my non-smoking room and the room deodorizer was so strong it gave me a headache.”

• The full sized fridge and mini stove are great!
• The room was very small.

“This would be a great place to stay if you were a traveler and were wanting to be able to cook simple meals or keep stuff in a fridge. But, we had requested a Room for two adults and two kids and ended up in a tiny room with 1 queen sized bed. So, be warned. It was still a good experience because I really appreciated having the kitchen for a family. Don't count on any amenities like free shampoo or daily maid service!”

• Sparse toiletries, lack of maid service, lack of pool or hot tub, 5$ for wireless internet.

“I requested an upgrade from Queen and they gave me a queen 'deluxe' with no problem. The room was spacious with a couch, kitchenette and large mirrors. One downside to this place is the $5 charge for wireless internet as well as the sparse toiletries and lack of maid service. However, for my purposes, the room worked out great and a generous late checkout was provided. I'll just remember to bring my own soap and shampoo next time.”

• Terrible bed had to check I wasn't on a box spring.

“The outside looked very nice just like the pix online, however, the room did not resemble the pictures online a little disappointing. Once a week housekeeping, and a kitchen allowed me to eat in, and keep my laptop and other valuables in the room very handy. The location was great close to everything I needed. No breakfast bar missed that. Overall, not memorable, but suitable for my needs.”

“I found it most unfair to have you place this facility in with other 2-1/2 star facilities which offer daily room service when this place only provides the following similar services ONCE for every 7 day visit: make the beds, change the linen, change towels, and provide soap or empty waste baskets. The place was okay but I think you should groups extended stay facilities. I got back late the second night and found the bed not made and the towels unchanged; I stopped by the front desk the next day and was told to check their policy: they only make beds once a week etc, etc. This was a disappointment.”

• The rooms were well insulated and quiet.
• We stayed at the rear of one of the buildings and there was not any close-by parking.

“The hotel was several hundred yards from any busy streets and was very quiet. Although the room was fairly small, it was comfortable. It contained a small kitchen with limited, but useful, appliances and kitchenware. The shower was very nice-roomy and clean. We did experience limited success with the Wi-Fi. We had intermittent service and several periods where the access point was down and needed to be re-booted. If you need towels or soap, it is necessary to go to the office for replacements. They were frequently out of washcloths. All in all, it was worth the money and we will probably choose it again. The staff was very courteous and helpful.”

• The staff was friendly and accommodating.
• This hotel was incredibly dirty.

“We usually stay in hotels with suites because of the kids. This hotel seemed like a great place according to the pictures but it was dirty, there was no cooking utensils, no extra sheets for the pullouts, no toilet paper, soap etc. If we had arrived earlier we would have left immediately. This place was disgusting.”

• TV should have been updated. Needs video inputs for DVD or laptop use.

“The hotel was convenient for our purpose of the trip. The management could not find a room that fit my needs therefore the three moves. The rooms were small but liveable for a short stay.”

• Check-in staff was friendly, efficient.

“I would not even give this property a single star rating. Smelly room, so overly deodorized to mask a previous smoker (in non-smoking room) that window and door had to be opened for over an hour to "air" out the place. Sticky residue was on night stands, counters, appliances - toilet was not clean either.”

“The kitchen was a nice feature, although it understandably limited the space available in the room. Considering its proximity to two freeways, it was quiet inside the rooms.”
