• Quiet, location close to what I needed.
• Quality of bed, poor.

“Nice surroundings, room had kitchen for those with special needs, and we were able to store refrigerated items, good size fridge, for a presentation.”

• It's an older faciltiy.

“Room is not that clean, washroom look dirty, not enough pillows. No room service unless staying for more than 7 days. Most likely won't stay there again.”

• Katie was nice and did the best she could as far as directions go. Needed more help?
• Cleanliness, plumbing broken, location accessibility.

“Will not ever stay here again, it looked nice from the outside once we found it but there were bugs crawling on the walls, cigarette burns in the blankets didn't even look at the tattered comforter closely, sheets did not fit the bed properly and kept coming off, the toilet would not flush, there were no toiletries in the bathroom everything had to be asked for, no business/computer room, and the room was very sticky feeling, Katie at the front desk was nice but needed more help.”

• Had a kitchen.
• Bathtub drain was clogged, hairdryer didn't work. Reading light at bedside did not work. No elevator to second floor.

• Well located to freeway and to PCC-Sylvania. Kitchenette is a great bonus for those with food allergies.
• Far from downtown.

“This hotel is a great home base for a business traveler in the far southwest of Portland, or for a student at PCC Sylvania. It is also a great spot for people who need to bring and cook their own meals. The full-size fridge is a plus and the little kitchenette (no oven) is stocked with pots, pans, plates, coffee maker, toaster, etc. We stay here when we have visited and needed to be there for a few days and did not want to constantly deal with dining out.”

• Nothing.
• The tub didn't drain, the light by the bed was out and I had to ask for more towels on the 4th day.

“The people at the desk were not helpful. In fact the one lady gave me directions using my map and I got lost. She had the map upside down. Did not come to fix any of the room problems in 5 days that I was there. No room service but 1 time a week.”

• Clean, quiet and convenient. I would stay there again.
• Kind of difficult to find but once your there it is not that bad.

“Service was good. It was clean and quiet. I would stay there again. The directions seem long and a little confusing but once you get there you realize its pretty simple really. Its 5 minutes to restaurants and shopping. Only 10-15 minutes from Bridgeport Mall.”

• Smoking room was overwhelming, had to change, made a mistake on smoking room.

• Kitchen and refrigerator was a plus.
• The bathtub was plugged up, and also the toilet.

“I liked the overall look of the room and kitchen area was a plus. The downside was when I wanted to take a shower before going to bed, the tub started filling up, and by the time I found the warm water there was 6-8 inches of water in it. When I drained the water, black "stuff" started coming out of the drain! I ended up taking a sponge bath! When I first flushed the toilet, I noticed there wasn't much water in it and the water came up about half way to the top. Each flush got higher and the last time we flushed the water came up nearly to the top. This was in the middle of the night, so we didn't dare flush the toilet again!”

• Loved the service and convenience of the kitchenette.
• Lobby was dirty and dingy-bad presentation and room smelled musty.

“The staff was very friendly and accommodating when service was needed (extra pillow, toilet paper, soap, etc.)We loved the kitchen and thought it was very well set up. The bed was somewhat uncomfortable and the air conditioner was somewhat noisy. The room smelled a little old and musty and caulking was missing around the tub/ shower. I would stay there again because of the location of the Hotel and convenience of the kitchenette and appreciated the low cost of the room.”
