“I expected a basic minimum hotel for what I was paying. I received a great hotel room with every possible accommodation and excellent service. Most hotels don't have their staff on duty during the night and things take a while. The La Quinta had excellent late night staff and excellent service along with excellent rooms, etc.”

• Friendly staff, super easy check in, comfortable bed!
• No side exit and having to leave by walking through the gests in the lobby.

• Accessible room was spacious and well appointed.
• Ground floor rooms need stair or elevator for access.

“This motel was quite satisfactory, having been recently renovated. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The make your-own waffle breakfast was nice with a good variety. The accessible room was well appointed and roomy, but the ground floor was down half a flight so anyone not good on stairs needed the elevator to get to the accessible room. The price was competitive and the location was very convenient, just off I-5. I was not on the freeway side of the building so my room was very quiet.”

• Too close to the interstate

“Room was clean and farther from the interstate freeway-which was good. I couldn't imagine staying on the freeway side of the hotel. Breakfast was offered, which was nice. The hotel staff could have been a bit friendlier. This is a non-smoking hotel. The gal at the front desk made too big a deal about not smoking in the room-almost felt like I was on trial. Had to sign a release form to be charged an extra large fee if they found signs of smoking in the room (which wasn't going to happen). I didn't like being drilled about it. Isn't this going to far?”

• The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. It was great to have free Internet access!
• We liked everything about it.

“Great value. We were so happy with our stay we changed our return route so we could stay here again. It was excellent for the price. Breakfast was good (especially the self-made waffles). The staff was friendly and helpful. We liked having free Internet access so my teens could check their my space page and email friends.”

“For the money it was alright. We got there late and the staff was very friendly. Not the cleanest spot I've stayed, but not the worst either.”

• I liked everything about this hotel.
• There was nothing to dislike about this hotel.

“Hotel was an excellent value for the money. Staff was courteous and helpful, room was nicely appointed and very clean, the continental breakfast was better than average - lots of choices, even a make-it-yourself waffle bar! Quiet location set off from the main street, shopping and restaurants across the street.”
