• Convenient with restaurant built in and office space.
• Paint peeling, old carpet, kind of run down.

“I stayed 3 nights, after the first night I never got new soap or shampoo.”

• Price, convenient location for our activities.
• Not much atmosphere, well worn.

“Was ok for an overnight stay, would not want to stay longer than that if vacationing. It would be ok for business travel with a desk in the room as well as refrigerator and microwave.”

• For the price, very safe, and quiet.
• Need more power outlets.

“This is a good Hotel, I would recommend it to anyone staying in the area. It certainly need some improvements to be a 3 Star Hotel. Starting with the heating/cooling system in the room. Very noisy and could use a digital temperature setting not just colors for hot or cold. When you get in late who knows where to set the temperature, then you are up 3 or 4 times adjusting it until you get it just right. The people here are very friendly I have never had any problem worth talking about.”

“Good location just off I-5 south of Portland. Not quite so good for points west, as the roads from Wilsonville to Newberg are twisty and slow.”

• Free parking, friendly staff.
• Had HBO on the TV, but Showtime guide in the room. Couldn't figure that one out.

“Seriously needs a remodel/overhaul. Worn carpets and furniture, bathroom fixtures in ill repair. Found garbage scattered in the room from previous guest. Very disappointed.”

• The room was clean, well stocked and had a comfortable bed.
• The room was a little small for my taste and had no fridge or microwave.

“We had an appointment in Portland the following morning and thought we might get a better value by staying outside the Metro area. The hotel has convenient I-5 access which got us downtown in a few minutes. The hotel deserves the 3 star rating which I cannot always say about hotels I stay at.”

• The only redeeming thing about this hotel was the location.
• This hotel is dated, dingy and dirty.

“I will never stay there again. Dirty dishes in the hallway for an entire day, filthy carpets, noisy children running in the halls, weak wireless signal kept losing connection, freeway noise, the front desk failed to provide my 6 am wake-up call as requested, etc. I was completely unimpressed with this hotel.”

“We have stayed at this hotel on multiple occasions because of the quality, comfort, amenities, and location to the event we attended. We had a great time once again, thank you.”

• The pool area was very nice and the gym.
• The sheets do not stay on the bed and you could hear people opening and closing the their doors.

“I would not stay there again. There breakfast was not very good and they over charged me for a night stay. And the sheets did not stay on the bed. They kept coming off.”

• Close to Freeway, friendly staff.
• Needed repairs, dirty bedspread, carpet, old motel.

“For a 3 star motel, I felt this did not meet the expectations. Holiday's are excellent motels to stay in, but this one is in need of repair badly. They have posters displayed all around about showing their steps in remolding, but have not started. Our TV in the room, was totally un-watchable. They did get it fixed, the next day, but we had wanted to watch the Utah Jazz/LA Laker games, and had to leave the hotel to find another place to watch. After driving 13 hours, we were not happy campers. The carpet in hallways/elevator, were not in good conditioned, and the bedspread, had horrible stains on it, with a hole in it from a cigarette burn. Our room was non smoking. The staff was very helpful, they upgraded my room from two double beds to a king. I had no problem doing that.”

• We loved everything, comfortable rooms, nice little pool, food.
• We wish they had two queens not just doubles, but it was ok.

“This was a great hotel. Great location. Rooms were nice and clean. Room service was good. Pool was small, but nice. We had the buffet in the morning and that was super good. We really enjoyed this hotel, well worth it.”

• The children ate free and the children's meals were generous. Pool open 24 hrs. Very kid friendly.
• Ice machine on my floor was broken; saw a few items in need of repair.

“The room was immediately changed to 2 beds when they realized I had children, without my asking. The facilities were nice and clean and the staff was friendly. Kids ate free and food was very good with generous portions. The indoor pool and spa were open 24 hours which was very nice. Courteous and helpful staff. Good experience.”

• The room service food.

“The hotel was very nice, but the entrance to the hotel and ease of finding the lobby was somewhat difficult to find (No Clear Directions). The beds were a little small for two people and the food from the restaurant was not very good and the price was a little too steep for the quality of food. Also, my wife was told that the gratuity was included in the price, then when the food was delivered, the room service girl told us it wasn't included. Poor communication or someone needs more training.”
