• Enjoyed the breakfast buffet and evening snacks.
• Front room was very dark-dimly lit even when lights are on.

• Suite, great breakfast.
• Room was noisy, directly across from elevator, teeny pool.

“Suites could use a little updating. Breakfast was very good but try to get there more than 1/2 hour before closing as they take everything away at closing time. Pool is really small. Staff is nice and friendly. Check out and in are quick, good value.”

• Location: thought it was within walking distance of destinations.

• The staff was friendly and clean hotel.
• I liked everything.

“I would recommend this hotel to everyone. The lobby was beautiful and the rooms were spacious. Pool was a little small but very clean and they provide pool towels in the pool area.”

• Staff was friendly and changed my reservation appropriately.
• The room was very worn down with broken furniture.

“The furniture in my room was broken. The carpet throughout the hotel is stained. The chlorine smell from the pool permeates all of the ground floor.”

• Quality. Room and Exercise room was great. Breakfast was quality.
• Pool was crowded, but it was a weekend and kids galore.

“Would stay again. Much better than I expected and excellent value for the dollar. Rooms were quiet, clean and spacious. Embassy Suites has me as a customer going forward.”

• 2 room suite.
• My room location was at the end of the hall, ice machine did not work on my floor.

“It is the Embassy what else is there to say, great room great location. Watch out for the chicken mine was way under cooked pink. I was not thrilled with the under cooked chicken.”

• Poor Air conditioning.

“I was informed that I had to take a smoking room. The room was dirty and foul-smelling and I did not sleep well. I do not like the way that I was treated at this hotel. The place is a dump.”

• The 2-room suites make all the difference, creating quiet, privacy, and spaciousness.
• Breakfast was pretty blah and institutional.

“This was a big, friendly place. Although I wasn't there with family, it is a great family hotel. The roomy suites make it more than a dreary hotel room atmosphere. A fun, clean place, located somewhat close to downtown (but not close enough during rush hour traffic, as I unfortunately discovered). All in all, a great place to stay.”

• Rooms are very good size with a terrific layout.
• Front desk manager was very short with us when we requested 2 queens rather than a king.

“Overall the hotel was beautiful - great breakfast! Upon check-in the front desk manager put us in a smoking king room. When we asked for a non-smoking room with 2 queens she said that there was nothing that she could do, but cancel that reservation and book a new room. We had 2 teens with us, so needed 2 beds. As it ended up, the room had a pullout that worked fine. I wish she would have told us that in the first place, instead of letting us squirm about what we were going to do after a 6 hour drive.”

• It was clean, quiet and the furnishings were really nice. We requested a quiet room and we got one!
• I have no negative comments at all

• Terrible stain (like fecal matter) on the wall.

“It was OK, but the carpets were old and in need of replacement. As I mentioned above, there was a very nasty stain on the wall and the bathroom could use an update too.”

• Remodeled rooms, gorgeous, food, exceptional.
• Smelled like old smoke covered up with cleaner. Was moved to remodeled or smoke free when complained

“I loved it when I was moved to a newer/smoke-free room. Even though I marked non-smoking, we were put in the older section, with stale smoke residue in the air.”

• The hotel at least offered free continental breakfast. It was convenient for us as a family.
• There were too many unattended children running around without shoes and screaming at the top of their lungs.

“When we checked in, the front desk clerk was so very rude and was constantly on the phone. When we asked her questions regarding the hotel, she gave us teased replies. No smiles whatsoever, except from the servers in the restaurant. Other than that, the hotel was very clean and that was a plus. The hotel staff should enforce the rule that parents should control their children at all times.”
