• The friendliness of one of the attendents
• I did not recieve wake up calls two days in a row

“All the things you would expect for the price. The staff was very courteous and helpful at the front desk whenever I approached it. My room was well maintained and the continental breakfast was sufficient. Unfortunately I did request a wake up call on two separate occasions and never received them. This was pretty major providing one request was due to having a 6 a.m. flight out of SeaTac Airport the following morning. Fortunately for me, I received a call from the friend who was taking me to the airport. The night prior to my departure we experienced a total power outage. This was beyond the control of the hotel as the outage effected a several mile radius. This enabled me to set a clock in the room so I was totally reliant on the staff to awaken me, which as previously stated, did not happen for the second night in a row. The only other negative aspect of my stay was the water pressure from the bathroom sink was almost non existent. Water pressure in the bathtub and shower worked just fine. All in all, if I were to return to Lacey, WA and just needed a reasonably priced room to stay in with no intention of having a guest or high expectations, I'd stay there again. If I expect to entertain guest during my stay or if I needed to rely on the staff to ensure I awake to arrive at a designated location at a particular time, I would certainly stay at another establishment.The above mentioned took away from a totally pleasurable experience. I would only recommend to others depending upon their purpose for staying. And yes, it is worth the time and money because the negative points can easily be overcome.”

• Extremely convenient location-close to freeways & business.

“Clean, fast, efficient service. Room was perfect. Denny's restaurant right there in hotel parking lot. Easy access to town and freeways.”

• We enjoyed the night's rest.

“We appreciated the ramps in the motel and although we are not disabled, we are both in our 70's and appreciated the ramps rather than stairs.”

• Close to food gas shopping movies and freeway.
• Was not the cleanest hotel pool needed some work room shower was dirty entering and exiting the hotel parking lot not the best.

“Overall, for the star rating it are what it are front desk people were friendly pool open late microwave and fridge in the rooms could of used more ice machines though wish it were totally non smoking.”

• Location near interstate highway.
• Rude staff, broken furniture in room, appearance poor.

“If this hotel is representative of all super eight hotels, avoid them like the plague. Poorly paid staff with surly attitude, local franchise owner does not care about National reputation. Never again!”
