• Large room, pet friendly, nice staff in bar.
• Very challenging to find, driveway not marked and you have to enter through a grocery store parking lot.

• Access was awkward.

“This is a great place to stay on a business trip to the area, centrally located and with wonderful access to highways. Access through the grocery parking lot is confusing the first time, but parking is good. The interior rooms off the central square are very quiet.”

• A kiddies pool (2ft) for those traveling with younger ones.
• Rooms were more of a 1 star motel. Had to change rooms twice, once for plumbing problem and the other without a working a/c (temp was 90F+).

“If you're looking for a room that is in Medford, OR, this is about as good a location as any. Other than that, there is not much more positive things I can say about this hotel. I had booked two rooms (was traveling with family). One of the rooms we had to change twice, once for a toilet not flushing and the other the a/c did not work. The staff was a hit and miss. When I went to ask for pool towels, the lady behind the desk was expecting a tip or something. The towels was also old and looks dirty. I noticed that I was charged for an additional room after I can home. I called reservations but no one answers, it just keeps ringing. Tried multiple times. Finally had to call my credit card company to dispute the charge. Needless to say, I will never stay there again, nor recommend anyone from staying there.”

• Nothing.
• Dirty towels, pillows with no pillow cases, dirty moldy bathroom and moldy ceiling in the pool room.

“I will never stay there again, I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The bathroom was moldy and dirty. They gave us pillows with no pillow cases, the pool was smelly and run down, the ceiling was coated in mold. The towels that they delivered to us were dirty, smelled of gear oil and were soiled with some white substance, some type of glue that was disgusting! will never stay there again.”
