“I was embarrassed that I made this reservation for what I thought was a 3-star reservation for my wife and me. I think the place was last cleaned in the 1960's. Not a 3 star hotel.”

  • Bathroom was clean.
  • Room was in the back overlooking freeway overpass, furniture was in poor condition, and the heat/AC did not work properly.

“This was listed as a hotel but reminded me more of a roadside motor motel. It felt like it was an economy hotel that they tried to dress up to be better than it really is. I would not stay hear again.”

“This isn't a 3 star hotel....”

  • Great service from the staff at hotel front desk upon 11 pm check in.
  • The breakfast service at the restaurant was very slow.

“In-room microwave with coffee and tea, swimming pool, convention center, hotel restaurant, comfortable beds, clean modern bathrooms, fitness room, welcoming lobby with TV and living room - our room on the second floor had a private balcony overlooking the swimming pool. Very pleased with this hotel.”

  • Friendly, Clean, nice design of the room and patio.

“This is very clean hotel. The design of the room and the patio are very nice. We especially like the nice patio, so we felt at home.”

  • The pool.
  • Other than the pool, the hotel was very disappointing.

“The property is very dated, the carpets stained, the service poor.”

  • My kids liked the pool outside.
  • The room stunk very bad like and old closed up cabin.

“The room was normal size but the pillows were very small like they were cut into, the floor was gross and the blankets had cigarette burns in them and it was a non smoking room.”

  • Comfy beds & pillows.

  • Nice room overlooking river.
  • Hard to find!

“We were only here for about 12 hours. The room was older, but very clean and nice. Beds were comfortable. Excellent meal in the restaurant. Our room had a wooden deck overlooking the river behind. Close to freeway on the backside but we didn't hear a lot of noise.”

  • Although older, the room was beautiful and bathroom clean and updated.
  • The restaurant needs to be updated in food and service. The pool needs to be warmer.

“We enjoyed our stay and will come back. The room was beautiful with the bathroom beautifully remodeled. We would come back with priceline prices. The room was very quiet.”

  • Good location. Helpful desk staff.
  • Room
was damp and smelled old and musty. Doors faced the parking lot.

“Was just OK. Nothing seemed to really jump out and say "this is a great place". I believe we stayed in the older part of the hotel, which truly shouldn't have been counted as part of the 3-star rating. Should only have been a 2-star. But the staff was courteous and helpful in checking in and knowledge of the local area places was helpful.”

  • Oneway street, hard to get to, other way not marked.

“hotel charged me $10 extra per night because I needed 2 beds for my mom and me. I had called previously to be sure they had 2 beds in my room. They told me it would be only $10 for all 3 night but when I got there they charged me $10 per night, in spite of my asking specifically if it was a per night charge or a total of $10 for 3 nights. We had to order off the menu at the restaurant for breakfast. 2nd morning we went elsewhere for breakfast because of their charging us.”

  • Convenient to highway we were travelling...
  • Charged for "upgrade" to two beds because we were Priceline. It is NOT a hotel - a motel like an old Holiday Inn of the 50s.

“We requested two beds as we are a parent and adult child. Informed it was a $10 charge for 2 beds. When asked the clerk replied, "because we have fewer 2 bed rooms than kings". Should have just said, "because we can and you have no choice" - a more realistic and honest answer... Hotel occupancy was about 30% that night TOPS! This was to be a 3 star hotel - IT IS NOT!!! More like a 1 or 2 star motel where you drive up to room - all open to outdoors (motel) none to inside hallway (hotel). Room seemed clean but smelled funny from cleaning solutions used (kind of sicky sweet). Furniture was well worn. Carpet too.In short, we will AVOID ever pricing Medford, Oregon again - not worth it!”

  • Very clean and friendly. They also made helpful suggestions.
  • On a very busy street, in run down area.

“Clean, helpful. In a run down area on a very busy street. The location was kind of crappy, but the price was right.”

  • The night desk manager was friendly.
  • The pillows were too hard.

“We arrived late in the evening and were looking forward to getting some rest before we continued our journey. We asked for a quite room which we received. The room was clean and attractive. The only complaint I had was that the pillows were so hard I couldn't sleep on them with my neck hurting. Finally, in the middle of the night I didn't use a pillow.”

  • Nothing.
  • The room stank and outside the property was a dump. The air conditioner was old and very noisy. The experience was very negative.

“The room smelled bad and outside the property was a dump. The air conditioner was old and very noisy. It is an old motel tarted up. The experience was very negative.”

  • Next to nothing.
  • The facility is worn out and is in desperate need of repairs and deferred maintenance.

“The hotel was dirty, noisy and worn out.”

  • The food & service in the restaurant was excellent.

“Nothing fancy but
it was a good. Staff very friendly and we were very pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food. Rooms were clean but a little dark.”

  • Good location.

“Exterior of hotel, very dated. Interior is better though. Only stayed 1 night, which was fine, 2 nights or more would be a different story.”

  • The room was comfortable.
  • Location is hard to get to and you have to drive for any restaurant.

“The Hotel itself is good but the convince is poor.”
