• Great location, close to shopping and food.
• Double bed is very small for two average sized people and kitchen was run down.

“Hotel was a two star. The faucet needed fixing and the hair dryer needed cleaning. The bed was a double which was very tight for two average sized people. The microwave and full size refrigerator is good for a family staying for a long time.”

• It was very comfortable. There was a kitchen and the room was beautiful.
• The bathtub tile looked dirty.

• I liked the apartment feel this hotel had, I also liked the DVD player as opposed to having to pay for a movie on a pay channel.
• The complimentary breakfast could be improved, to closer match the hotel.

“I would recommend this type of hotel for anyone who wants a home away from home. The space inside the room was used in a way that made it feel like a studio apartment. I like how the room was halfway partitioned to make it feel like it had more than just one room. The bed was comfortable! Which is very important when you are working long days and need a place to rest.”

• No maid service, cold stark room, Poor lighting.

“Austere would not describe the rooms. One bar of soap supplied so if you forgot it in the sink area it was necessary to walk soaking wet into the next room. Clean but drab. No maid service. Continental breakfast was not worth the time. Who still eats glazed donuts? Hallway reeked of cigarettes. I will never stay in this chain again, so I will not use PL when looking for a moderate room unless your description improves.”

“For an Extended Stay Hotel I found this to be excellent. It was clean, quiet, and there was a Starbucks next door. The front desk staffs were very accommodating to any need.”

• Fire alarm in room went off all night; staff couldn't fix it, turn it off or give us another non-smoking room.

• Felt like a small home/ apartment. Had a kitchen and everything!
• The breakfast was lame.

“Nice place to stay! Would stay here again. The breakfast was ok. Get there early or everything is gone! A few minutes from the freeway. Nice little room we had. It felt like a small home with a kitchen and living area and then the beds in another area. Nice and new. Newer furniture and decorating. Leather recliner and couch in the room as well. Nice! Would stay here again.”

• Good location. Good outdoor appearance and clean lobby.
• The bed. Bed was horrible. Very cheap and too soft to hold human weight.

“Introduction appearance is good. It is a very new property and that is obvious. The property shows no wear in any way. Good open architecture in the lobby. They do not supply any basic amenities other than cheap, brittle bar soap in the room. You have to go to the desk and ask for shampoo. That is very low-class, and hardly acceptable. The bed was the worst aspect of this stay. Neither I nor my spouse got much sleep and we ended up packing up at sunrise and leaving grumpy and sleepy. By all appearances, everything is new, but they put very cheap and noisy appliances in the room and went for the cheapest of mattresses. This is not acceptable at any Star Level. The bed is what any hotel is really about. I really hope we do not ever get this hotel again when we are in the Portland area.”

• It was clean and was a lot of space felt like an apartment and was close to many business and restaurants we currently use so many are in walking distance
• Pool closes at 9;00 for adults after the day we spend away from hotel wanted to go swimming and couldnt

“The hotel actually shocked us because we didn't expect it to be like an apartment it was nice to not feel so confined with the bed next to the couch. Didn't feel that we had to watch TV lying on the bed or eat breakfast on the bed because there was an actual table.”

• They say they had a continental breakfast, but bagels and fruit is not that to me.
