Had a smoking room when requested non-smoking, had 1 queen when requested 2 doubles and they don't have roll aways .

“Though the staff could not accommodate my requests, they were friendly and apologetic.”

I would not tell anyone about this hotel, they have rude people that work for them.
Everything.
