• Continental breakfast was excellent.

“Seems to cater to lower class people who don't care whether they disturb anyone. Four and five year olds run up and down the halls for hours, teenager bounced balls.”

• Clean, front desk person was friendly.
• I called to make sure I had two beds and was told too bad not even a rollaway bed.

“They basically told me too bad. So then I asked for a rollaway. Then I was told the room was too small. So, I had to bring an air mattress. The continental breakfast was very well prepared. The bed was a bit hard.”

• Sports friendly, early breakfast.
• In emergency can't checkout early.

“The Hotel was fine. Our child broke her arm while we were there at a softball game. They let me check out ok.”

• 24 hour pool.
• We had to sleep on the floor. Staff wasn't helpful.

“They were completely booked. No effort was made to make up for the inconvenience by the floor manager.”

• Very clean rooms. Good Breakfast.
• Some of the front desk personnel were not very helpful. For example asked for advice on restaurants, was not very helpful.

• Close to shopping.
• Comforters were worn out and had dirty stains on them.

“We were in a room that must have been empty for a while. The toilet bowl had a ring around it and the bathroom floor wasn't as clean as we would have liked. The comforters had some nasty spots on them; however, the sheets were clean. We just didn't use the comforters. The room was comfortable.”

• Aging. No elevators.

• The staff was very helpful.
• For the star level, it was as expected.

“The hotel was easy to get to off the highway. The staff was super nice and very knowledgeable about the area. The rooms were very small and upon entry to the hotel there is a pungent odor. I was told it was room deodorant. Okay?”

• Nice landscaping and good breakfast.
• Spa unavailable due to repairs.

“Our first floor room smelled like insecticide or a bug bomb had been set off in it. I enquired at the front desk and was told it was probably the air freshener. What? The clerk offered a room on the third floor and it smelled normal. We moved into that room and had a pleasant visit. The staff was nice and the breakfast was great.”
