• Great staff, very friendly, they go above and beyond.
• Nothing, was a great hotel.

“Hotel was nice, clean, rooms were good size and comfortable. The staff was very friendly, nice touch, like a bottle of water for each guest, a little welcome letter. Overall they tried to impress, and did a good job.”

• Very attractive rooms.
• Limited TV selections or I don't understand the free options.

“I enjoy staying at the Fairfield in Central Point, OR. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are attractive and clean. Internet isn't wireless but a cord is provided. As a single woman traveling alone I feel safe in the facility and parking lot. Nice breakfast selections including strawberries and whipped cream for waffles.”

• Comfortable and clean room.
• The door closers caused the doors to slam, so you always heard everyone on the floor leaving their room and it woke me up often.

“Very friendly staff, we were new to the area and the desk clerk was very helpful with needed information. All the staff was attentive, always smiling and ready to help. The breakfast was very nice and we ate at the hotel everyday and that was a nice savings for us. Lovely room and I love the 6 pillows on the bed, it seems so extravagant!”

• Was nice room with a fairly convenient location.

“I have stayed here twice now and have been satisfied both times. It compares favorably to other places I have stayed in the area. The staff is very helpful in accomodating the type of room I need.”

• It's clean, neat, upgraded, internet ready.
• Too close to the freeway, but it's quite inside.

“We had great experience here. It's quality over our expected. The beds and bath are clean and neat. The breakfast is fantastic.”

• Close to gas/food, convenient to highway on/off.
• Beds were a little firm, pillows soft.

“Over phone and in person, hotel staff was very pleasant. Location was easy to find and accessible. Near by dining was average fair, but good. In house breakfast was very organized, with the usual items. Did not use, but was very impressed with the level accommodation for the disabled. Overall, I would stay again and tell a friend.”

• It was a little farther away from Ashland than we would have liked but it was easy access off the freeway.

• Super clean, friendly staff, was a wonderful place for my money.
• The room seemed a bit small and cramped.

“It was clean and quiet. Great breakfast. Friendly staff. The only disappointment was the room seemed very small. We managed, but a tad bit more floor space would have been better. Overall, we would definitely stay there again.”

• Very kind staff, high quality of room and excellent breakfast.
• Nothing.

“I felt very comfortable like a sleep in home. Hotel staff was very kind, nice and friendly. Room was excellent quality and has a nice picture and all convenient stuff. Breakfast was one of the best thing to stay there. High quality of food and fruit, self made Warf etc. Also, they have nice pool and spa which you can relieve all the pain of traveling. Exercise room also was good. All together, this hotel is excellent. I will come back again in future.”

• TV remote did not work, neither did replacement.

“We needed a place to sleep during our drive south on I-5. The price was great for a very clean, very quiet, very friendly, very comfortable place. Nothing exciting, nothing interesting, but no bad surprises at all. Breakfast was more substantial than most - had fruit, yogurt, cereal, waffles, etc that was included.”
