• Breakfast Bar.
• Limited Cribs for Under one year olds.

“Good Stay, but checked in late and could not get a crib for my one year old, but managed to get extra pillows and comforter to have him sleep between beds.”

• Complimentary breakfast was real nice.
• TV did not work properly and we had to wait till next day to get a new remote.

• Location was hard to find from the main road.

• The tub/shower area needed to be cleaned better--there was no pool.

• It's a newer establishment with up-to-date designs and features.
• Front desk people are not sensitive to guests' needs, and are unprofessional.

“While we generally liked the hotel for the price and location, we were surprised how untrained the front desk staff was. A front desk person walked into an elevator, standing next to the control panel, but failed to ask "which floor/s" guests needed. She basically walked in and out of the elevator, while everyone knows she's the only front desk person that afternoon, without minding guests around her. This is just one example of how unprofessional the staff seemed to be.”

• Big room, good continental breakfast.
• Operates with a skeleton crew and has just enough towels and glasses to supply each room.

• Location and cleanliness - a good property ¿ quiet.
• Would not honor AARP - a bit hard to find - need to provide better maps of surrounding area.

• The maids did not service our rooms on the second day at all. We had to call and get clean towels.

• The hotel room was clean, comfortable and well appointed.
• I found nothing to dislike about this hotel.

“The hotel allowed me to check in at 1 pm with no hassles. The staff were courteous and helpful with providing me driving directions as I was unfamiliar with the local road system. The room was quite nice and the free continental breakfast include waffles. The hotel provided secure parking in the parking garage in the hotel basement (your hotel key was needed to raise the parking garage gate).”
