  • Friendly staff.
  • it is not a 3stars hotel at all!

“It's not a 3 star hotel at all! The staff is friendly but the hotel is the worst
I ever been. If depends on me I'll never com back!”

  • The bathrooms and rooms were nicely updated.
  • The beds were hard.

“Although the renovation to the hotel is complete and nicely done, there are some areas that could have been updated. This includes the entry doors into the building and the beds were very firm. Overall, not a bad place to stay.”

  • The clerk who checked me in.
  • First reaction was I felt very unsafe.

“It was next to a community fairgrounds/concert venue with a rock concert going on when I arrived. I wasn't prepared for that and it was very unrestful.”

  • Fridge, microwave, coffee. Room was clean. Lots of pillows! Fluffy towels. Nice shampoo, hand cream and soap.
  • Hallway to back parking smelled of garbage. Outside door to hotel at parking did not lock properly.

“This hotel is perfectly acceptable, especially for the price. The rooms were nice standard rooms. Towels were fluffy. Soap was nice. The hallways were oldish but were ok except for the one to the back parking that was smelly.”

  • The location was good and the staff was very helpful.
  • No elevator, so we had to carry bags up the stairs. It was an extra $10 for 2 queens.

“It was worth the money, but not a great deal after spending an extra $10 to get a second bed. There was another hotel in the same rating that I would have preferred, but this was ok for the money and the staff was very nice.”

  • The rooms are nice and clean.
  • Cant think of anything wrong.

“The hotel is very nice and has been remodeled so every thing is very upscale. The shampoo and soap isn't the cheap stuff you usually get in a hotel. It is from Bath & Body which is nice. Also, the staff is very friendly and they seem to keep the hotel clean up to date.”

  • Very quiet, good night sleep.
  • No elevator.

“I would not go back there.”

  • It was quaint.
  • The mattresses were old and uncomfortable.

“This hotel is small, old, clean, and understaffed with people who work hard and are especially pleasant to deal with. It is way, way out of the way, but close to the Oregon campus of Intel, a plus for businessmen. The rooms are clean enough, but the mattresses ran out of gas back in the days of Lewis and Clarke. Overall, this is a decent mid-level value.”

  • The soap.
  • The staff.

“This was my 2nd time staying at this place. The 1st time was OK this time is the front desk lady was horrible. I ask if I would stay on the 1st floor she told me they had no rooms open, then she gives me my key. When I walked into the room I was like I'm not staying here. I called the front desk, she answered I told her I didn't like the room (the bed was hard and flat) she told me to come down and she gave me a room on the 1st floor. I didn't say anything because it would change the out come but I didn't like the front counter receptionist. She was horrible.”

Cleanliness:[4] • Staff:[3] • Location:[5]

  • It was a place to sleep.
  • It was dirty, staff not friendly, halls were dirty with construction going on all around.

“This hotel is one that I would not want to stay at again. The staff were not friendly, not able to help when needed, house keeping would forget to clean different things, and did not stock the room with the basics like wash clothes unless you called the desk. The construction was horrible, and ice machines were out of order. It was not the most comfortable place I have stayed at, and sad to stay it wasn't the worst either.”

  • I checked out.
  • Everything.

“This hotel is under going a major remodel. Was not aware of this, upon check in had to almost yell at the desk clerk to be heard. Was placed on the 2nd floor in a smoking room after requesting a non smoking room. Remodel going on in rooms across the hall and on both sides of the room. I explained to the desk clerk that I was there for business and would be working overnight and sleeping during the day and would like a room that had some sort of quietness. Clerk simply said " The only quiet place in this hotel is some where else." The next morning I hung my do not disturb sign on the door and 20 minutes later was greeted by a non English reading or speaking member of house keeping trying to open my door. 20 minutes later same person was back at my door again attempting to enter, I called the front desk and complained and was informed that they had a job to do as well. Shortly after that the remodel crew showed up banging on my door again no one in the crew spoke any English or could apparently read the do not disturb sign. When I again called the front desk I was told sorry they have work to do as well.”
