• It had a very nice court yard.
• The front desk clerks were not very knowledgeable.

“The hotel wasn't bad. The room was clean, the facilities were nice, and the staff tried their best.”

• The staff was very friendly always smiled and said hello.
• We happened to have the room next to back door and hear back door open and close during night.

“Very clean, friendly. No continental breakfast but coffee in lobby. Nice pool, hot tub and exercise room.”

• The friendly staff and spotless decor along with the great service and amenities.
• It was all just perfect.

“My family was traveling for a funeral, not the best of circumstances and the weather was cold and snowy. The staff at the hotel were so amazing and friendly my family felt completely at home and cared for, I can't tell you how great our experience turned out to be!”

• The bedding/linens/towels smelled very strongly of bleach-could not sleep.

“The room was fine until we got in bed. The sheets, blanket, pillows smelled so strongly of bleach it effected both my husband and I. Ours eyes stung and we could not sleep from the smell. We thought a nice shower would help wake us up but the towels smelled so strongly of bleach as well. It was early AM when we found this out and did not think calling anyone would do any good since all laundry is washed the same.”

• Smelled like smoke.

“This is a nice, clean hotel, right off of interstate 5. I feel I got a very good rate on the hotel but I certainly would not have paid rack rate for it. Room was clean, but smelled like smoke. There were a couple of cigarette burns on the bathroom sink actually, though this was supposed to be a non smoking room. No complimentary breakfast of any kind was offered. Also, it was somewhat noisy. The employees I encountered, however, were very friendly and helpful.”

• Easy access to the computer, location, friendly staff and the rooms are comfortable.
• Only one switches for the light in the bathroom so the fan goes on with the light.

“The hotel is very pleasant, and would also be good with kids due to the pool.”

• The staff was very friendly and helpful. Check-in was a breeze. Cleanliness was excellent. Location, perfect.
• The construction of another hotel across the parking lot was briefly noisy at times.

“Friendly and helpful staff welcomed us with a brief and pleasant check-in. Our room was inviting with both clean and comfortable surroundings. After our long trip, the pool and Jacuzzi were very relaxing. Breakfast is a good considering the ambiance, the service, and the quality of the food. Check-out. A cinch.”

• The staff was very friendly. The hotel was also extremely clean.
• No continental breakfast.

“The hotel was better than expected. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept on. Nice pool and a little market downstairs. The only con was no continental breakfast, the website made it seem like there would be.”

• Access to a computer & internet in the lobby & good location.
• When you turned on the light in the bathroom the fan also came on. I like separate switches for fan and light.

• Very nice rooms, beds excellent, staff very friendly, good parking access.
• Noisy children running in halls after 11 p.m. Even after warning from hotel security.

“The hotel is very nice, very, very clean, the staff is very friendly, and helpful. It is all and more than I expected, and was surprised at the number of amenities, such as swimming pool, sauna, hot pool, and exercise room/with machines.”

• Seemed out of date; just wasn't really up to what I have come to expect from Marriott Courtyards.

“Staff was very friendly. While the rooms were clean, they just seemed to lack a certain "Marriott" quality that one seems to find in the little things - like stocking toiletries. 2 1/2 Stars seemed a generous rating. Also, it would have been nice to know that this is a smoke free property before checking in for the smokers in our group.”
