• Great location, good restaurant within walking distance.
• Outdated decor, TV noise from neighboring room.

“Nice little hotel; met my overall expectations for a medium-sized college town. Pretty outdated (80's flashback) and a little worn looking. Great location to OSU campus.”

• The employees were very friendly and helpful in giving directions to the places we wanted to see and stores that were walking distance.
• We stayed on the third floor and the ice machine didn't work and toilets didn't flush well.

“Over all, the place was nice to stay at. Beds were comfortable, a/c working good. The toilets didn't flush well. There were surrounding stores that were walking distance. Three restaurants to choose from. Ate at Shari's was reasonably priced. Thought they had a microwave in room but didn't.”

“Not the best motel I¿ve stay at, it served it's purpose. I would probably return when I come back to Corvallis.”

• Friendly and cheap.
• Missing or broken appliances ¿ noisy.

“TV remote did not work, had to replace TV. Light over table kept shorting out. Found a dirty washrag in the shower. Paper thin walls, could hear every word spoken in next room. A railroad switch engine worked right outside room. One room card did not work. Did not have full size ironing boards. Had to carry in the microwave and refrigerator after we complained there wasn't one.”
