• Jacuzzi in room was set up perfectly; deck was great, location perfect!
• Pool/hot tub way too small.

• The pool sauna and hot tub were great.
• HBO did not exist; the TV was al static; we could not watch TV.

“The hotel was a nice clean and friendly, we called ahead to make sure we had TV and a movie channel, when we got there they did not work. We will never stay at that hotel again. A room with no working TV and no movie channel.”

• Convenient laundry facility.
• Room was stiflingly hot, the windows would raise open easily, and then would not stay up.

“Much too expensive. Called reception at 1.30 a.m., no air, stifling hot. The person didn't know how to remedy the situation. Suggested giving me another room. My children and husband were sleeping at the time (1.30 a.m.). I was not impressed. Now I know more about the area (we are on a trip down the entire coast).”

• Modern, clean and in a great location.
• Hot tub was way too hot, not enough pillows on bed.

“I was very impressed with this hotel. The building is modern, very clean and in a great location. They serve an excellent breakfast with many choices, although you better get there before 9:00 AM, otherwise you will find yourself waiting to get a table. The staff was helpful and friendly as well. A great hotel and one I will return to again.”

• Decor was in good NW style and taste, good usage of warm colors warm and cozy.
• Fireplace was not working, the entire length of stay after notifying staff, room was not cleaned after a request was made, coffee out in the morning.

“Not enough attention to detail as far as cleanliness. I had to alert staff that the main floor bathroom out of toilet paper in ladies room, carpet leading up to stairway was very dirty and spills had not been cleaned up. No comment card available in room, request was made for one at front desk and they were unable to provide. My room was not cleaned after 2nd night and no coffee for the following morning. Also Coffee ran out without back up during back up during breakfast hours, tables went unclean. Suggestions for dinner were poor quality. Fire place not working, I brought this to the attention of staff, said other things were in need of fixing first.”

• The staff was extremely courteous and helpful.
• There were no toiletries in our room.

“This hotel is conveniently located in Seaside. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and quiet. Go early to the breakfast, as many food items were gone by the time we got there, one half hour before the end time. The pool is small, but open 24 hours (minors can only swim until 10 pm). The parking is free, and you can walk easily from this hotel to many shops and restaurants.”
