• Location is good.
• Noisy, you can hear the
  TV from next door, cramp conditions.

“Not recommend this place. Tight, small rooms, no room to move around at all. For the price paid you expect better rooms, and not family friendly at all as it was poorly sound insulated and you can hear people talking and
TV blaring. Pool was too small. No breakfast offered and bed covers were thin.”

• The staff was very nice.
• The service was slow at the restaurant. And I don't know why they call it a resort!

“It is an older hotel with a beautiful view of the Oregon coast and the ocean. The staff is friendly, the food at the restaurant was very good, the service at breakfast time was a little slow. We enjoyed our stay very much. It is just a short walk to the main walk around in Downtown Seaside.”

• Great location, right on beach within walking distance of boardwalk.
• Room was very small and garden view consisted was a concrete wall with a couple bushes in front of it.

“It was in a very good location and right on the beach, but the hotel was a bit overpriced. We did not get very much for price.”

• They went out of their way to get us a decent room!
• The 2nd night the hotel upgraded us for no price change.

“The first night they could not change anything. The 2nd day they upgraded us to a lovely room at no extra charge. They were great!”

• Very comfortable bed, nice fireplace in room, easy beach access.
• Very rude hotel staff, check in time is at 4 p.m., exterior of hotel is unattractive.

“The room service from the in-hotel restaurant is fantastic, and the beach is right out your back door which is nice. There are very comfortable beds and a nice fireplace in the room. Staff is extremely unfriendly, and don't expect to check in any earlier than 4 p.m. and you must be out at 11 a.m. no matter what. Just make sure you get a room with a beach view or it isn't worth it to stay in this hotel.”

• The whole atmosphere was good.
• The pool closing at 10:00p.m.

“The restaurant is right in the lobby. They have a movie package including popcorn. There is a DVD/VCR in the room. Location near the aquarium and the beach is great.”

• The morning service at the hotel's restaurant was very slow.

“The room had a great view of the beach and ocean. Room was clean and comfortable. The hotel's restaurant had good service and food when we had dinner there but, breakfast the next morning was service challenged. The food was good but it took 20 mins to get my order in then, another 20 mins to get the food. There were only 2 other occupied tables.”
