• Location.
• Toilets did not work, towels were horrible.

“The standard of this hotel was that of a motel 6. There were constant problems with the toilet, the closet doors, the microwave, a cupboard, the work out room. They did not maintain the hotel, equipment or room very well.”

• Very helpful, caters to children!
• Clean hotel glasses had lipstick marks still on them.

“This hotel is great for families. The small arcade kept our older children happy, and the pool stays open later than many other hotels. The food is great tasting and well priced. Great views of the ocean, but very small balconies.”

“Was a good motel, clean but had some worn out items that needed replaced or repaired. Our secondary lock on the door was missing, the bathroom fan was hanging down and the treadmill worked for about 15 minutes and quit.”

• The customer service was outstanding.
• Outdated.

“Over all the location was great along with the staff. The rooms were outdated and the general decor of the hotel as well. When vacationing I think it is nice to stay in an establishment that is fresh especially when it is seaside.”

• Good food in the restaurant.
• The rooms are gross.

“Rooms are old, and need to be renovated. View is distracted by the street below. Walls are paper thin, and we could hear the guests next to us all night. Management was no help that night, and not available in the morning.”

• Hard to find, hard to get around in.

“This is a good get away. You have lots of privacy. It is short drive from Newport, so if you want to shop, you need to drive. Good place.”

• No AC, small balcony.

“Motel was clean; staff friendly, average priced-to high as most. Lacked AC in the room. Balcony was small, takes the romantic out of it. Great location
