“Nice room; however, the toilet did not work correctly. We asked for it to be fixed, he tried but could not saying "that's the best I can do." He didn't even offer to give us a new room. Luckily, we were staying just that night.”

“The location of this hotel is within minutes of many places to find a good meal at a reasonable cost. The views are terrible, so if you're thinking bay or mountain views look elsewhere. This is not the hotel at the direct south end of the bridge, however further south in an area where a few national names are springing up.”

“I would be willing to stay at this hotel again. From the pool to the included self-serve breakfast bar, we found everything to be of a nice quality and very enjoyable. This is not a luxury hotel, but it is certainly the best of what an economy hotel can offer.”

“A perfect place for a family with lots of kids. Pretty good breakfast. Nice to have the pool/spa open 24 hours. We will stay at this La Quinta and others again.”

“This is the second time we stayed in this hotel, once in 2004 and now in 2007. Both times it was very clean and relaxing room. It is right off hwy 101 which makes it super convenient.”

“I would let people know in advance if the pool or spa are not available to guests for whatever reason. This way they may make other arrangements if that is the reason they are choosing that particular hotel.”

“This is our 2nd time visiting this hotel. We get excellent service. The rooms are clean and roomy. We had a microwave, refrigerator, DVD player, iron, and hair dryer. Luxuries that 4 and 5 star hotels don't even offer sometimes. The breakfast in the morning is great, there's something for everyone. Belgian waffles, fresh fruit, string cheese, etc. They allow our puppies to stay without any additional charge. They are accommodating. They smile. The hotel is quiet and I feel safe staying there.”

“I had driven ten and one half hours that day, so by the time I arrived I was pretty tired. I checked in, went to get something to eat real quickly, then came back and was in bed by 9:00 p.m. At 9:30, I woke up to dogs barking so loud they seemed like they were in my room. Mind you, hearing dogs like that made me so disoriented I didn't even know where I was for a minute or so, plus the power had gone out since I had gone to sleep, so I couldn't get any lights on. I'm telling you, my heart was beating so hard I thought I was going to have a heart attack. It was the dogs that ruined it for me. They continued to bark throughout the night and when the power came back on for a brief 5 or 10 minutes, I had to call the front desk to complain because I couldn't sleep. A lady came up to the room immediately and talked to the young kids that were in the room. I didn't even know hotels accepted dogs.”
