• The view of the ocean was nice.
• The breakfast was practically nothing and the staff was rude.

“I would probably never stay here again. The room was clean but very small. The breakfast was scarce and not good at all. So overall I would not recommend this unless you just need a cheap place to stay.”

• Good shower, big TV screen.
• Dirty furniture, dirty blanket, windows had no privacy (had to use dark curtains).

• Beautiful ocean view.
• A little old and run down.

“The hotel was a little pricey for what you got, but it was Labor Day weekend. The view was absolutely amazing, but the room left a little to be desired. The staff was very helpful and friendly. All in all, we had a great time.”

• The bed was hard and the heater rattled.

“The room was adequate for just sleeping, although the bed was kind of hard. The staff was friendly and the room was clean.”

• The place was run down, and the room smelled like pee. I refused to stay there.

• Had refrigerator and microwave.
• No close outdoor access, no balcony or patio.

“Friendly staff and clean looking motel. Room was adequate for 2. Everything worked.”

• The hotel location is very close to the sea shore.
• I haven't found out yet.

“The hotel is clean and room conditions are good. We arrived at around 1:00 pm. The hotel staffs were very kind to us and let us check in half hour early. We had a good rest at night. Overall, we stayed there very happy.”

• It was very close to the beach and the old town area of Newport.
• The lobby smelled like old smoke.

“For the price and location it can not be beat. Two blocks to the beach and less then a mile to the old town. You can see the ocean, but the view must have been great before they built the eyesores right on the water. Still good for the price. Very clean!”

• Location.
• The room was like being in an old basement. It was hard to access as well.

“The hotel in general was OK, but the 300 rooms are not on the third floor as one would expect (third floor doesn't exist), but in the basement. They are kind of weird and hard to access. They were clean and the bed was decent. The deadbolt was broken, and when I called the office they were sympathetic but they didn't fix it over the three days I spent there, just kept promising. It was also across the street from a porn store.”
