• Clean, easy in and out room good size.
• Bed was too soft.

• Staff was very nice.
• Toilet seat was broken and bed was hard.

“Close to our favorite Chinese Food restaurant, kids had fun in the pool, I had a relaxing time in the hot tub. The Redwoods were close for hiking.”

• The location.

“This hotel was awful. The bed was so uncomfortable that I woke up with aches and pains everywhere. The staff was not very friendly. The pool and hot tub were disgusting and looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a while. The hot tub had a bunch of dirt and grime floating on the bottom. The walls were paper thin and you could hear everything in the other rooms as well as all of the plumbing noise. I would not recommend this hotel.”

• Despite low occupancy, staff was not interested is changing to a room with two beds to accomodate my family.

“The location is difficult to find, not easy to see or access. During our stay the staff was not particularly friendly or helpful.”
