• Quiet.
• Mattress could be softer.

“Simplicity is nice. Pretty nice for a Days Inn. Hot tub nice and hot. Beds could be more comfortable.”

  desk was very helpful and understanding.
• The water was shut off 2 hours before check out.

“This hotel is fine if you are on business and are looking to save a few bucks. The front desk was a great guy and handled requests with ease. The owner called the last night and abruptly stated the water would be shut off for maintenance 2 hours before check out. No I’m sorry, he simply stated when questioned that it was no big deal just shower and leave early. I could use the bathroom in the office if I wanted.”

• Decent room, mini fridge, microwave.
• Not close to beach, no kitchen or fireplace.

“Not too impressed by the cleanliness and our shower did not drain properly - its no fun showering in 3-4" of standing water. Other hotels also have fireplaces, which would have been nice for our winter stay, but the heater worked very well and kept us toasty. However, it was quite noisy. The beds are ok, but we definitely left with stiff backs. Last, the walls are pretty thin - so much so that you can hear your neighbors talk, as well as when they use the restrooms. So it is not a very quiet hotel. The stay was good but we would probably recommend staying elsewhere, in general.”

• Location is convenient, cost was fair & quiet.
• Husband was sleeping, I was out. Owner came into room without permission.

“We had a very good time. The room was a nice econ room and it was quiet because it was off season. No troubles until my husband told me he was startled awake buy the owner being in the room. The was no call or request to see the room or examine anything. I had gone out to look at shops close by and took the car. It really bothered me and my husband that something like that would happen. For that reason I will not stay there again.”

• Afternoon clerk was very friendly and willing to help.
• There was mold in the room that was cleanable.

“Besides the cleanliness issue. They did not offer a customer commuter center so that I could care for my business.”

• Good staff - easy to find the hotel.
• Its age - should have stayed at a newer hotel well used units.

“Friendly and attentive staff but I was disappointed in the overall lack of updating in the rooms. Probably a better place for families with a lot of kids to hit the beach. Bed was uncomfortable for a king, window screens were ripped - not bad but well below my expectations for money - more like a hotel 6 with a pool. I will try a different spot next time - not a return customer at this location.”

• The staff was accommodating to my requests.
• The pool smelled disgusting and was filthy.

“I would not stay there again. The room was very plain, breakfast was sparse, fruit was not good, and the refrigerator froze everything even though it was turned to the lowest setting, the shower curtain was covered in mildew but they did replace it. It is located away from all attractions and restaurants.”

• The bed was comfortable and the refrigerator came in handy.
• There was no balcony nor yard to sit or to chat and the sofa was horrible.

“For the person who does not own into timeshares or does not usually have access to resorts and if a person does not want to spend much money, that hotel is for them.”

• The motel maids provide us with great customer staff and the person who ran the continental breakfast was very friendly.
• Room was not as nice as I expected it to be, lamp shades had water stains on them, the room seemed to need maintenance attention.

“Location is not the best for ocean shores. The room was so, not impressed with the condition of the room. Seem old and run down, bed needed new mattress seemed to sag. very cheap furniture, when I sat on the sofa, I snaked to the bottom, seem to have on support.”

• We thought the beds were very comfortable. The staff was very friendly. As 90 year old seniors they jumped to help us anyway they could.
• It is a little farther to the beach than we had hoped.

“The motel is very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed staying there. We are both in our 90's so a trip away from homeis a rarity and having an economical place to stay is also a must for us. We live on our Social Security so every penny counts. Days Inn should have some specials for Seniors at least twice a year. I am sure it would be welcomed and if you scheduled them during your slow season it would help you cover operational costs. Just a suggestion.”

• I liked the large room, the air conditioning, the cleanliness and the shower massage shower head.
• I wish it had an ocean view.

“Days Inn was clean, quiet, safe. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the continental breakfast was great. It is just a short walk to the ocean. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to my friends.”

• Very friendly staff and clean rooms.
• The pool was a disappointment, very cloudy water (legally supposed to be able to see drain at bottom but could not) and a bit small.

“Overall, it was okay. But next time we will go to a hotel with a better pool and a clean one. With small children, that's really important to us, especially when the weather at the beach isn't the best.”
