• We had an issue and they upgraded us, above and beyond what we hoped for.
• Housekeeping needs to do a double double check on the rooms.

“Great location, easy to get there. Good staff, breakfast waffles good, hubby liked the biscuits and gravy, no eggs the second day:( There are places were the carpet is worn could be replaced.Weight room and pool good. They have late night pool for adults only. Like that.”

• I liked the staff, the breakfast, and the cleanliness of the rooms.

“The hotel staff were really helpful. The rooms were cleanly and well maintained. The continental breakfast was awesome, esp. the make your own waffles. Starbucks coffee bar was great to have close. Wish there was a look out room or balcony that those that could not get a room with a view, could look out to the ocean if they wanted.”

• Very convenient access to beach.
• Public areas showing some wear.

“While the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, the hotel needs some slight improvements. Our bathroom needed new caulk and there were worn areas of carpeting in the hallways. The breakfast area was small, the staff kept it well stocked. Overall, a very good experience and a good value. We would definitely stay at this location again!”

• The pool was open 24 hours.
• The mattress were too lumpy and soft. Yuk!!!

“The kids really enjoyed the pool. It would be better if the rooms were equipped with either a VCR or a DVD player, rather than having to rent one. The free breakfast was really a nice feature. The biggest complaint I have is that the BEDS WERE AWFUL. Very lumpy and bouncy. I did not have one good nights sleep.”
