• Location relative to beach, fireplace.
• Two bed room had only double beds not queens.

• View of beach from room was great. Rooms were clean and environment seemed quiet, but it was during off-season.
• It would have been nice if the establishment offered room service since they have a restaurant on site, and the tv did not offer in-room movies.

“I stayed here in the off-season for one night. It was clearly a more middle-class family hotel. I did not get a chance to go to the bar/restaurant since they closed rather early (9pm) and the TV selection was not very satisfactory and I would have appreciated an in-room movie service or some games maybe. The front desk did offer DVDs for viewing but the selection was abysmally small. The rooms were clean and there was little disturbance in the way of noise and such. The staff was very friendly and I have no complaints in that regard.”

• The location is the best feature.
• The hotel is understaffed at night.

“Although the fireplace was not working in our room, the location and view were excellent. The set-up of the room is very good, but the decor is a bit dated.”

• The kids loved the pool. There was a nice view from the room.
• It was a little too far from town. The mattress on the sleeper couch was uncomfortable.

“Great pool. Attractive room. We would have liked a continental breakfast.”

• Close access to the beach.
• Swimming pool needs to be open longer!

• The staff was great! The view was fab. Can't wait to do it again!
• The prices of the restaurant was quite high.

• The room was larger then expected.
• The continental breakfast was awful.

“I was pleasantly surprised by the location and size of the room. It had a great view. The staff was not that friendly nor did they go out of their way to be helpful. The continental breakfast was very disappointing, we have stayed at the Holiday Inn and it was much nicer.”

• The hotel was a short walk from the beach.
• Our fireplace & phone were not working and they didn't tell us or move us.

“This was a quiet and comfortable hotel and we enjoyed our stay. The hotel is a short walk from the beach and also close to town. Waves restaurant, in the hotel, had a great happy hour and sunset dinner menu. We appreciated the friendly staff in the hotel and the restaurant.”

• Wonderful continental breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff.
• Pool did not seem as clean as it could have been.

“We really enjoyed our stay at lighthouse suites. When we arrived the staff was helpful and friendly. They even upgraded our room to a full ocean view. The room was a nice size, with a gas fireplace and comfortable bed. They have a very generous continental breakfast and a nice restaurant. This hotel is the closest to the beach of any we saw. I would easily recommend this hotel.”
