• We love how the staff goes out of their way to help!
• Only having 2 washers and dryers!

“We are a musical group and stay here when we record our CD's. Nice place, very helpful staff, and the limo are an added pleasure! BW is close to where we need to be. The pool is a delightful place to spend time and the breakfast is great. We find it quiet when we need to rest. We love the place and would only consider staying elsewhere if it was at mom's house.”

• Beautiful furnishings, great pool. Patio!
• The town sites are within walking distance, but the area has some shady streets that we stayed away from.

“I almost cancelled our reservation because of these reviews. I am so glad I didn't! This hotel is beautiful. The rooms have brand new furnishings that are very stylish and clean, especially the bed, carpet and shower. The pool is warm and wonderful, amazing lounging patio with heaters.”

• The staff was top notch, they were great.
• It's dangerous!

“I ended up not staying the night, the staff gets HUGE thumbs up for this, I'd expect nothing less from best western. It is not safe. It looks like some kind of whorehouse district, and walking to the restaurant, to the water, and then back provided challenges in safety. It is probably not BW's fault, it was probably not unsafe when first built. But I'll bet there are daily muggings/robbing in that general area, What a shame.”

• It was conveniently located right off the freeway.
• It was dirty , the furniture and bedding looked old and worn out.

“The hotel web page is misleading. From the pictures it looks very nice but the hotel is actually run down. The rooms smelled musty, there was no air conditioner or even fan so the room was warm and stuffy even with the window open. The walls and ceiling are thin and you could hear everything going on in the rooms adjacent and above you.”
