Location.
Noise in the pool. Ron to close to the pool.

No charge for Internet.
Staff was rude to the kids in the eating area.

“For the money the breakfast could have included potatoes, it had everything but. The hotel staff was not friendly to people with kids in my opinion. I would recommend to people who do not travel with kids.”
