• The staff was friendly and was willing to work schedules around in case travel plans change.
• None.

“It's a very nice hotel in a great location in the downtown area. It was great to be conveniently located near restaurants, shops, and small attractions.”

• Location!
• People walking in off the street got a cheaper rate for their room than I did.

• The location and facilities.
• They messed up one room and the breakfast uses Styrofoam!

“It was great although some rooms are close to dumpsters (in view from the window) and in view of the street. We had a quiet stay and it was worth the cost.”

• Beautiful location and very attractive facility.
• No complaints at all.

“Seward is a very small town, but the staff at the hotel was very helpful in recommending restaurants and sight-seeing trips. We enjoyed our stay very much. All the rooms have a view of either town or the bay.”
