• Extremely accommodating, stored luggage and freezer facilities unexpectedly.
• It was a bit older facility but the staff was extremely accommodating.

“Older part of town but near train station - very accommodating to pick us up at airport and take us to train station.”

“Hotel staff not very knowledgeable nor helpful. One example: gave us key card for room when actual key was needed to open door. Families were living in this hotel long term. Definitely a party place with loud, drunken people at all hours of the night. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.”

• The Airport pick-up transportation was excellent and so also the interior room things like TV and the like.
• The common areas were looking un clean and tired. The single elevator facility for the 60 odd number of rooms was totally inadequate and very slow.

“It is justifiable but the cleanliness and appearance of the common areas and elevator needs upgrading badly. Airport Transportation is excellent and prompt at the prescribed times (hourly).”

• Desk personnel were efficient and friendly.
• Noise from the adjoining room and stairwell, etc.

“Convenient downtown location, but that may be why there are so many vagrant or maybe drunk people milling about, as well as the soup kitchen that is through the parking lot. It's always a little scary coming in there. Also the parking situation is quit a concern.”

• Free airport shuttle.
• The noise, the vagrants, the staff, the filth.

“This was a horrible hotel. There is people living through out this hotel and it is right across the street from a homeless shelter. The noise at night was horrible, I complained, my wife even called and complained and the staff denied hearing anything, yet failed to come up to the hall and deal with it first hand. Someone knocked on my door at 3am and asked if I had a light for there smokes? What the hell kind of place is this? I am very upset and just to let you know I won't be going through your website any time soon, unless I see better hotels.”

• The staff quickly found me a replacement room.
• Lots of unsavory folk around. Some drunk, loud, etc.

“This hotel just seems to attract a clientele that makes staying there somewhat risky. We have been wakened by loud parties, drunken neighbors, car alarms, and even walking to the parking lot makes me feel unsafe. This visit was good after we were moved to a room away from a very loud drunk man next door.”

• Location convenient to downtown.
• Panhandlers in the area outside.

“Building has the curb appeal of a homeless shelter (i.e. Not much). It's in the downtown area, which can mean convenience but also some panhandlers and riffraff not far away. Rooms are ok. Airport shuttle is nice.”

• Location of this hotel is awesome on 5th avenue.
• At the one star level the beds are what they are.

“Real brief, location is great, friendly staff and all is clean. It is however the days inn.”

• Convenient location, good internet connection, airport shuttle.
• Rooms called "nonsmoking" still smell of smoke.

“it's ok for the money but does have a worn-down feel to it in some rooms. good location if you want to be downtown. has good free wireless internet connection. airport shuttle is a plus.”

• The hotel was easy to get to.
• Room was not ready. Noisy. Temperature fluctuation in shower water. Check out too early.

“With an 11:00 check-out time and a 3:00 check-in, you would think a room would be ready, but this was not the case. The hotel was easy to get to; parking is a bit awkward.”

• Apparently a welfare hotel with lots of seedy folks staying there.

• The ENGLISH speaking personal was very nice and responded to all requests.
• Parking.

“I would reuse this Motel, it does need remodeling and air conditioning. If they would spend some money on it the improvement would be great.”

• Shady people all around, rap music playing behind the front desk.

“The room was clean and the staff was nice enough, there were a few drunks stumbling through the parking lot, and some rather shady looking people ,the front desk was playing what ever music they had selected.”

• The location is about all that I really liked.
• Was not very clean, Walls are too thin. Was noisy.

“I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I did not really like being accosted by a panhandler in the parking lot. There seemed to be a lot of people that looked like panhandlers hanging around. Earlier, I have had stayed at the Sheraton and Hilton. I do not expect those two hotels all the time, but on the other hand, I do not expect the quality that I found at this particular Days Inn.”

• Smelly, scary neighborhood.

“This hotel is close to downtown, but has questionable guests, in a scary location and front desk does not respond when trying to call to have them quiet down the noisy neighbors after hours. We got no sleep because of loud, drunk, obnoxious guests in the next room. I will not use, because of the chance I may end up with this location again.”
