• Rooms were quite and clean. The staff was friendly.
• The restaurant was fairly expensive and I had a soup and sandwich and the soup had turkey bones in it.

“Overall, the stay was good. The hotel itself seems to charge additionally for a lot of things included in other hotels as complimentary.”

• It's comfort and the staff is always a delight to deal with at the Sheraton in Anchorage Alaska.

• The room was upscale and the bed was extremely comfortable. I felt like I was definitely traveling first class.
• Nothing negative to report.

“I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in luxury either while traveling or for a romantic get away. There is a spa for pampering, fine dining, a nice lounge, fitness center and the rooms are very comfortable.”

• Great location and newly refurnished rooms.
• It's a bummer that parking is $10.00 per night.

“The Sheraton is always my first choice when staying in Anchorage. It is a nice safe walk from the 5th Avenue Mall (Nordstroms) and many nice restaurants.”

• Beautiful rooms, good location and good view of the city.
• No movies, no continental breakfast and very expensive restaurants and services.

• I really liked the remodeling of the lobby.
• I do not think guests should have to pay for parking and the old doors need to be replaced.

“Overall it was a pretty nice stay but we had a room with two double beds. My husband and I were in one and a friend was in the other. We are used to a king size bed so the bed felt real small and not real comfortable. The beds should probably be queen beds but the rooms are not big enough for two queen beds.”

• Very attractive and contemporary. Excellent brand new remodel.
• Café and restaurant left a lot to be desired both in menu choices and food quality.

• We had to pay for all parking and there was
  no valet.

• This hotel was exceptionally spacious with a friendly, helpful staff and an excellent breakfast buffet.

• Nice rooms.
• No airport shuttle service.

“I was found an indication, the hotel had shuttle service and indeed they do, but unlike nearly all other Anchorage Hotels, their shuttle is not an airport shuttle - just one that takes you downtown - which isn't but a 10 minutes walk away from the hotel.”

• Smoke alarm went off in room and took 45 minutes to get someone to turn it off. Toilet was broken.
