• The room was attractive, clean, and orderly.
• I hated how the halls were decorated. Would make one feel dizzy.

“My hotel stay was pleasant and comfortable. The hotel staff was very polite and hospitable. The complimentary breakfast was great! I would definitely stay there on my next visit to Anchorage.”

• Shuttle service provided was more like taxi service. They would take us and pickup anywhere in the city. Excellent!
• Absolutely nothing.

“The entire staff went out of their way to provide excellent service. They even provided shuttle service for us even though we had checked out of the motel earlier in the week. That's service with a capital "S."”
