• Comfortable beds and coffee pot in room.
• Next to busy highway.

“This hotel is conveniently located, though the lobby is less than inviting. Very loud vending machines overpower the television and the clerks in the small foyer. Rooms are large and beds are comfortable.”

• The hotel was clean, attractively decorated, in a great location.
• I did not see an elevator that took us to our second floor room, but that was not a problem.

“We were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful location of the hotel. The staff was friendly and the grounds were beautiful. Our room was very large and had a romantic seating area. The classical music played softly in the lobby and second floor open area made it even more enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family. In fact if I'm ever in Fairbanks again, I'll stay at this Rivers Edge resort.”

• Dirty sheets on the bed, dirty bathtub, no shower curtain provided 1st night.

• Amazingly quiet at night.
• Continental breakfast was very crowded.

• Staff was helpful and courteous, location fine as to accessing our destinations
• Neighborhood is a little run down

“For the casual traveler who needs a place to stay close to downtown, airport, restaurants, and travel routes, it is a good choice . . . It is convenient, clean, comfortable and accessible.”

“Main purpose was to attend a funeral of family member. While in anchorage took care of required personal business beyond funeral. No category in #12 is applicable.”

• Close to airport, free airport shuttle.
• Spare bed was not made up, and we had to do it ourselves.

• Nothing!
• Smells like pot outside our window.

“I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Dust in the corners like they didn't have time to do any vacuuming that day, carpet is run down. We walked to the closest restaurant around there, recommended by one of the hotel staff, plan on taking your life in your own hands in that neighborhood. What might look like hoodlums & robbers are what we saw in the vicinity. Will not ever stay here again!”

• It was the least expensive option available.
• For the price, it was of low value, the room was pretty worn out.
