• The staff was pleasant. The room was clean.
• The facility is a bit worn and faded.

“This is an OK hotel for an overnight stay. It is a better value during the tourist season.”

• LOUD!!! smoky, cramped, unfriendly, dirty, LOUD!!!

“This hotel should not be charging $95 per night, not even $5 per night. It was so loud I managed to sleep only 2 hours. It was incredibly dirty. Gum in the carpet, hairs on the towels and in the shower. Toilet was broken in our room and they honestly asked me if I really wanted it fixed. Also, it smelled of smoke. I was at the point of breaking down and crying. It was simply too late (midnight) to find another place to stay. I asked to speak with the manager at 3:30 in the morning and was told he would be in at 7am. At 7:30 there was no manager and I never did get to speak with him. I couldn't wait to check out in the morning. I will be writing the hotel for a refund as well as the Better Business Bureau.”

• The room was reasonably clean.
• Facility has not been properly maintained to attract guests.

“Outside appearance is quite poor. Facility looks badly run-down. No one was at desk when we arrived. Note on counter said attendant had gone to airport and would be back shortly. Compared to outside appearance, the room was reasonably clean, but still in need of some maintenance. I would never stay there again or recommend it to anyone else.”

• Smoking only room, promised a wakeup call none given, courtesy van not available when requested.

“Had a smoking only room. No alarm clock in room wakeup call was promised but not delivered. Requested courtesy van by a certain time, morning shift worker knew nothing about the van. Almost missed flight. The place stunk, carpet was dirty. Worst experience on a hotel.”

• Adequate free parking.
• Rugs, bed, furnishings, bathrooms extremely dirty.

“If you are looking for cheap no frills but dirty accommodations then this is the hotel for you. If not for the location and free parking it would have been a complete disappointment.”

• Could not turn down heat and had to prop open window all night with phone books.

“It was not too bad but the thermostat was reading 80 we turned it down all the way the heat never dropped all night. When we left we notice from the outside that several windows on that floor were also open. They should check the heating system.”
