  • The room and the food in the chart room restaurant.
  • The carpet in the room could use a cleaning.

“It was the most relaxing hotel stay we've ever had. The views and wildlife viewing were spectacular. We'll definitely go back next April, before tourist season.”

  • Nothing.
  • Hotel did not honor online reservation.

“In addition, the staff lied to us and said that they had no way to reach us even though we had given them our cellular phone number. This also happened to a couple that was also attempting to check in before us leading us to believe that this must be a common occurrence. I will never go to this hotel ever and will be quick to discourage any of my friends or visiting family members from going there either.”
