• The view of the water and mountains.
• A car seemed to be required for meals.

“We only stayed one night and were up early so the noise on the boardwalk didn't bother us. It's a comfortable room with a beautiful view. The location was fine but with homer being so small, any place is a good location.”

• Beach access was great.
• The noisy boardwalk lining all rooms is horrid in the morning!!

“For the most part, this motel was a decent place to stay for my family summer get-a-way. The staff was nice, the room was clean, and the beach access made for great marshmallow roasting by the bay. HOWEVER no matter what, you will be rudely awakened at 7:00 in the morning by others leaving for their early fishing trips. There is a very LOUD boardwalk lining the fronts of everyone's room doors. And whether or not you are going fishing that morning, you will wake up with the fishermen, and all of their rolling baggage!! This makes for very a long, and tiring vacation. The trip started out great, but we were very happy to get home, and in our own, QUIET, beds. Chances are, you will not be fishing everyday of your vacation you shouldn't have to sleep like you are.”
