“I did not feel this hotel/resort was anywhere near a 5 star.”

• Great value, size of the units is 1000 sq. Ft. To start with.
• Nothing we could think of.

“Great condominium complex. The grounds are well manicured, the staff has excellent service and attitude, and the general manager, Dennis Costa is simply marvelous. We are timeshare owners and have stayed at Maui Hill every summer for the last 15 years. This is the best investment we have ever made. We are very happy we own at Maui Hill. Maui Hill is the best!”

• The location was excellent and the staff very helpful and friendly.
• I have nothing negative to say about Maui Hill.

“We (7 people) stayed in unit 118 from December 14th to December 28th. The unit was a 3 bedroom. The condo was large and clean. The kitchen was well stocked. The staff went out of their way to see that we got to do everything we wanted and had everything we needed. The maids did the best they could trying to clean around 7 people. They were friendly and we received everything we asked for. The grounds were kept immaculate. The manager was extremely helpful. We have booked unit number 8 for 3 weeks over Christmas 2008. We can't wait to go back. Santa arrived by helicopter and we enjoyed the Mai Tai party.”

• The kitchen was great, fully stocked and the laundry facilities were great!
• I would have vacuumed better (but you can only do so much with what you have).

“The unit (unit #6) we stayed in was so nice and spacious! The kitchen was fantastically stocked with anything you could possibly need and it was really great to have a washer and dryer in the unit!”

• Great place for a larger family or older children.
• A cockroach in the bedroom; low water pressure in the shower.

“Nice place to get away with older kids. You want to keep them close, but not in the same room with you. Closet included fins, boogie board, beach ball, mat and beach chairs which were very convenient even though the beach was not right across the street as advertised.”
